A subtle but powerful update to your custom surveys. So check this out.
Here I am creating.
Custom feedback survey.
And you can see the the ratings.
Question type is updated. So if I drag in a ratings question this is going to be out of 10. And if we create.
A feedback property.
To store this in. Look we call it whatever we call it.
This is now going.
To be a number property. Previously it was some sort of enumeration or text property and so you couldn't really do anything with it. But now that it'll be a number property, if you want to create a calculated field to do an average or a max or a min, you can do all of that.
This is now live. It only applies to new rating.
Questions you create. And this change doesn't apply to NPS and CSAT which have always been numbers. But custom surveys you create moving forward.
Can now have.
