HubSpot's mobile app now lets you play back call recordings with transcript navigation and speed controls on iOS and Android. You can control playback from your lock screen, and the Conversation Intelligence tool shows coaching feedback from recorded calls.
Hey, friends. Cool update for the mobile app. If you are using Conversation Intelligence, the call recording coaching tool that is now in inside of Sales help, you can review those calls on mobile, which I think is not new, but there are some cool new features, so check it out. Under this More menu there is recorded calls. And you have your list of recorded calls here. Those of you who use iOS will see options to filter and sort these calls. Those of us on Android will be getting that sometime in the first part of 2022. Here. It just hasn't quite dropped yet, but if you select a call, it'll for one thing start playing right away. Hi, can I press the record button? And so that's there and then you have this transcript and you can look through and like if you want to jump to that part, you can just tap on that part of the transcript and it'll go there. You have speed controls, you can go Forward and back 10 seconds. You can of course leave comments. You can see information about the call and then also this is fun if you're listening to it. You got control buttons on your lock screen. Turn it off, put it in your pocket, go for a jog while you listen to your calls and see how you could have done better.
