Uh, welcome to another, uh, event of the HubSpot Admins Hug. Um, good to see you all here. Thanks for joining. Uh, this is our homepage. This is your source of truth for upcoming events. Uh, we are here every Tuesday talking about HubSpot-related things that we hope will be valuable to people with admin-type roles. Um, and so definitely keep an eye on this page so you know what we'll be talking about in coming weeks and so you can register. Uh, you are here, we're here with Harrison, we're going to talk about reporting. We try to do this once or twice a year, just give an overview, deep dive, answer your questions about reporting because it's such an important thing for, uh, for admins to, to be good at. And reporting skills do not come naturally to me at least, so I think it's, it's worth spending time on. Next week we're going to be doing some networking, and because we're in Zoom now, we have actual breakout rooms and we are going to organize into industries, and you're going to be able to collaborate and meet with people who work on HubSpot in your same vertical. So we're very excited about that. That's something we've wanted to do for a long time and it's been very hard. We're hoping it goes well. Please come and afterward give us your feedback. And then March 24th, we're gonna be talking about Breeze Assistant. Lots of cool things happening there, gonna be a lot of good takeaways for you as admins. It is unusual for us to only have 3 events on our calendar. We think we've gotten the platform mostly figured out enough that we're gonna start filling this in, and probably starting next week, you're gonna, you're gonna see a much bigger content calendar. But again, just watch this page, keep an eye on it, because this is, this is the most up-to-date, definitionally most up-to-date place for our upcoming events. We also have a YouTube channel. If you ever miss a session or want to rewatch one or share it with a friend, they all end up here. Today's session is being recorded. We'll get it up here and we'll, all of you who are here, we'll share the recording with you afterward and that'll be great. We recently, a couple weeks ago, had a show and tell. We've done this a few different times. We would love to do it more often. We know all of you are building things, inside of HubSpot that are interesting, that are instructive, they work out, they don't work out, you learn things, you perform miracles, all those admin things, please let us know when that happens in your real life. Just submit this form and when we have just 4 or 5 of you, we will organize another show and tell and let you share with the group. I think this peer-to-peer learning is some of the most valuable stuff we do. We have a space on HubSpot Community Definitely a good spot to be. Check that out. We are mostly very active on LinkedIn. Deanna is active on LinkedIn. I'm active on LinkedIn. We have this group on LinkedIn. We have an Admin Hug handle on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is honestly the most happening place. I failed to bring it up here. Deanna recently created a Slack community. We are working on a plan to get all this aggregated into one spot. Stay tuned. Exciting developments coming this year. I don't know why I bother. Boot camps are all closed, right? Yep, we know they're all closed. Anyway, sorry about that. If youā again, we are here every Tuesday. If you ever have a suggestion or an idea or request, there's a particular topic or speaker you want to see here at the Admin Hug, let us know. You can fill out this form or again, connect with me, connect with Deanna on LinkedIn. We would love to, especially as we are now going into a season of scheduling a lot of events very rapidly, let us know if there are particular things you would like to learn about. And this is just a drop in the bucket. There's always things going on. There's lots of resources to look through. Dana has put together this page. And yeah, check out Orange App Teasers for insights into HubSpot-related apps. That's enough for me. Harrison, got 150 people in the room now still ticking up. Take it away.
Alrighty, beautiful. Let me arrange all my thingies.. Make sure I know what the heck I'm doing. Alrighty. Okay, so we're gonnaā here we are. And you should see my screen in 3, 2, 1. Boom. Okay. And obviously the thing refreshes right when I do it. That's delightful. Okay, can everybody see? Probably, right? Yes. Can I get nods fromā oh, beautiful. Okay, cool. Hello everybody. Many of you have probably seen me before at some point. I love coming out and hanging out at these meetings. So we're going to dive right into it. All right, before we get into a lot of demos, and let's talk about how I would like to arrange today. So overarching plan. First, I want to share some what we've been working on. Second, I want to say some of what's possibly coming soon. Three, I want to say what can I help answer for you all. And then four, there's a couple things that I'd love for you to answer for me. So we'll trade. And now when we think about this, I'll probably spend somewhere around the next 20 minutes talking about some of this kind of like What have we been working on? What's coming soon? I want to spend probably almost close to 20 or more minutes on the what can I help answer for you all? I know reporting is a space that many of us have lots of questions on. So I am happy to take questions. I've worked in reporting now for pretty much my entire tenure, almost 4 years at HubSpot. And so I know most of where the bodies are buried. And if I don't, I know who does. So I can point you in their direction and blame shift, which is delightful. But we could totally take kind of questions as we go through work on either whether it's like, hey, I'm really trying to build this specific report, or I have a more conceptual question. When we think about those questions, feel free to start kind of jotting things down as I'm talking through stuff. I will be watching the chat. Complex question. Did I lag out? Uh-oh. Nope, you're good.
Okay. I can hear you okay.
But my video seems to beā That's fun. Your screen is sharing.
OK, there you go. OK, I think you're fine now.
So yes, if you have questions, you could throw them in the chat, but please, if it's something that maybe feels like it's like more like, hey, I want to like go this direction, save that. If we can at the end kind of throw that in the chat, and that way we can go through definitely the Q&A so we can kind of use that instead of throwing them in the chat. If it's something that you feel like is useful to answer later, I think that's the right thing to do. And then last and definitely not least, I'll have some questions you can answer for me. A thing that I like to offer though with any of these, and I will definitely share it out at the end, but please shoot me an email if you want to chat about any of this more. I am so happy to hop on a call with any of you. Just know like that's literally part of what I get paid to do. So you are not inconveniencing me. You are actually making my life easier and my manager will be happy. So please shoot me an email and let's chat. With that preamble, let's go for it. Okay. So what have we been working on? Hopefully you all noticed that there's lots of stuff, but 2025 was a really fun year and I think we did a ton of things. With that though, I think there's been a little bit of kind of a refocusing that we've been talking about. You've probably heard this from other folks at HubSpot if you've been seeing kind of how we've been talking about things organizationally. There's been a bit of maybe like a refocusing. I don't know what the perfect word for that would be, but just to say like, hey, we know we've been pushing out a ton of different content. And so maybe we want to like spend a minute, kind of make sure everything is really high quality. And so I've kind of shown this pyramid on the right side. So this is like the way I think through what we're conceptualizing right now at HubSpot is if we think of kind of like, right, like that hierarchy of needs idea, right? At the bottom, there's like performance. If we have new features and they're really cool and usable and they never load, not very helpful. So what we need to ensure to really get things going is like Is the system performant? Is it consistently loading? Is it something you're always having access to? Second, to say, right, okay, so let's say it's low. Let's make sure it's usable. If I give you some brand new shiny feature, but it's very confusing to use, it could be performant. But if it's not actually like functionally useful to get through things, it's going to be really, really difficult for you to actually like get the value from that. And then up at the very tippy top of the pyramid, right, we can talk about like new features. And this is where we want to say like, hey, let's continue to extend HubSpot. Solve new problems for you, find out ways we can make it easier for you to solve existing problems. But this is kind of the overarching tone of what we're talking about a lot internally right now. And I think sometimes in the past we maybe, you know, we get super excited about new features. It's really fun to launch that kind of stuff for you all. I know you all have new and exciting problems you'd like to try to solve, but I think the big thing is if it's not very usable, if it's not very performant, then it's really not going to land what we hope it would. So I hope that's kind of tracking for all. I hope you'll start to experience that. And so as I talk through these features, I'm going to talk through these in these kind of like 3 general buckets. I want to start with some stuff we've been doing in performance around that world, kind of bleeds into usability, quality of life stuff, and then talk about some kind of new features that are either something you can experience right now, live betas, or stuff that's just coming soon so you can see what's coming down the pipe. All right, let's hop in. And then does it seem like everyone's doing all right in the chat? Okay, cool, cool, cool. I know there's always like the kinks as people are getting online and getting things worked out.
Yeah, mostly complaints about Zoom. You're doing fine.
Oh, okay, cool, cool, cool. As long as it's, you know, as long as it's Zoom, that's fine with me. Um, but if there's anything that I can do in the meantime to help out, let me know. I know I can talk fast. Uh, so we'll keep that in mind. All right. So the big thing, and this is a little bit of a weird one. Um, yes, reporting complaints come later. All right. I'm here for that. Um, This one I wanted to talk about today, um, but I didn't really know how to because it's like a hard thing to demo. And also, like, if anyone around here has ever tried to demo something that you talk about, it's more performantā how the universe works is the single time you load that experience, it will be the slowest it has ever loaded in the history of mankind. Um, so instead I decided not to do that, and especially since we're already dealing with maybe some performance issues on Zoom, I just want to talk aboutā this is something that is really near and dear to my heart right now. I want to explain to y'all, like, this is a big enough thing at HubSpot that literally in reporting right now, we stood up like a brand new team specifically to talk about reporting performance. We did a lot of diving into feedback over the last year and something I've consistently seen all of you like struggling with because it is, it's a difficult thing as you get more data, as there's more complex systems, it's very hard. And so how can we kind of make a lot of these changes? So A specific thing I want to talk about, I hope that you all have been able to experience, is I know especially for admins, the complexity that you need to pull into these systems. Custom reports are oftentimes just flatly necessary, but also at the same time with that complexity, they've historically been a little slower and probably many of you have felt that. What we realized though is this is a change we just made recently that if you made a manual edit, those got put in the same kind of pipeline for updating data as if you were to do something through like a service and what that leaded led to was essentially like you'd be sitting there and make a change on like contact. You're seeing like refreshing a report for ages. And this is like a really big problem. So what we've done lately is really tried to fast track a lot of those changes so that you're feeling like when you interact with HubSpot and you make a change, that that's going a lot faster to get into those custom reports that you're seeing. But again, I'm not going to belabor this point. I just want you all to know this is like a very large focus. As I mentioned earlier, when it said, hey, I'd love to talk to you about this. If you have any like performance issues that you're dealing with, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Please do not hesitate to send me an email, say, hey, like this is a specific instance of this. Just know that for HubSpot right now, this is a known high priority to the point that we literally assembled a new team that I'm PMing to specifically talk about reporting performance. And so it's a huge deal for us. We're definitely taking that very seriously. So anywhere you can reach out. Now let's get into a little bit more features associated with that though. If we get you really, really fast performance, that's cool. But if you can't like easily refresh, that's not easy. So one thing that you all probably should notice now is up at the top of dashboards, there's now a central refresh button. It used to be kind of hidden and also it was a little inconsistent. And so if you ever come in here, this refresh up at the top will kind of hard pull everything on your dashboard to try to getā I clicked a dictionary. That's fun. Hard pull everything on your dashboard to get you kind of the latest data that we can. And then importantly, with there, you used to only be able to see when that data was from once you open that report viewer. It's kind of down the bottom, there's a thing that says refresh, and you could hover on that and it showed the number, like kind of the last time we pulled that. Now you're going to see there's a little thing right up here that's saying, hey, when did this data last come in? And so I think this is something that we really wanted to make sure is painfully obvious for you. Well, now to try to make sure this is nice and usable, I didn't want to clutter all of your dashboards with 2 million icons. So what you'll see is you kind of can hover over it and then you'll see the little controls kind of show up in the right and you can just right there see what that data is from. This is actively rolling out right now, so you should mostly have this already within your portals. But if you do not expect it to be coming out in the next little bit, we just kind of slowly roll it out, make sure there's any issues we can catch those, you know, make sure not everyone deals with too many problems there. But in this case, really, really easy. And then this obviously also is something you can click. So let's say you're looking at a specific report. And you'd like to say, hey, I want to, you know, just get new data for this one. I don't need to hard refresh the whole dashboard. You can just click on that and get that kind of new little refresh experience. So something already from the performance side, trying to make it a little bit easier for you to be able to see those, get the latest data. This is something also, and again, when the case of me asking for feedback and things that we're talking about, a big conversation that's happening right now. Many of you, if you all go to your favorite dashboard, and scroll down, what you'll see is going to be that stuff is going to load kind of from the top and then what we call lazy load. This is a thing we do to try to make it so that it is as fast as possible as you're loading those reports at the top. But what we've noticed lately is there's a lot of users who have pretty big dashboards, and you've probably dealt with someone saying, look how slow this dashboard is, and they scroll a little bit and then that report loads, and then they scroll a little bit and that report loads, and that's there for a little bit. That is kind of intentional right now, but we're actively taking feedback on that. This is something that I really would love, especially admin input of when you think about how you'd like those to load. Is it something where you'd prefer us to, let's say, cache more information so that the charts show up as fast as possible, but maybe they're not the most up to date? Or would you prefer us to have this side where we're kind of like always trying to pull the freshest data? Again, something that if you have a lot of thoughts about, I would love to hear from you. There's a specific subject we're diving into. But all right, let's move on from performance. Now let's get into lots of demo time. So first thing, this is that usability and QOL, or quality of life is what I call it. And this is kind of features that like, is it changing the world? No. But is it making your quality of life as an admin a little bit easier? Yeah, probably. So first thing I want to talk about is reports list organization and tagging and usage. I said and, and, and, and in there. So let's go over in here. This is always going to be a down portal. So if you see really weird data in here, that's why. But new things that are going on in this space. One, there are kind of what we call like views in here. These are essentially folders, right? You can come in here, you can create views, you can save views, you can have all of your data, your kind of filters here will save to this specific setup. So if I want to add a view, and let's say I'd like to only see, you know, reports that are owned by Harrison. I can do that. I can kind of have this specific view. Oh, well, this case I'm showing all the, all reports 'cause I clicked that. My bad. Create new view, click that button first, then do Harrison reports. So you can come in here, create those, man, I click cancel. I'm just like goofing my way through this right now. Comparison reports. All right. I did it again. Wow. Why am Iā that's a weird tick of myself. Not a bug. It's a me bug. All right. Confirm. Great. So you can create new views in here. These act as folders. Very important for you all though. You also now have your total views that are in here. So you can see how often these were viewed. We started tabulating this lately. You can see this is from October 31st. You can also come in here and start to set tags. And so we can have more organization. Let me go back. The tags are kind of per these views. So if I come in and I want to set tags, I can comeā oh, oh, oh, I don't haveā that's why I don't have permission in this portal. My apologies, gang. A little bit of a slip up there. All right, cool. Let's go over here to show this. This is something you all should have at this point. You can come in here. Let me move this. Oh, we're showing something I was going to demo in a little bit. Right. So you can create tags. So it's really easy for you to organize what we're trying to do in this case. Is we're really trying to make it something where essentially a lot of the organizational features that you have sitting in spaces like your index page and where you're trying to organize other entities, we're trying to bring all of this style content so you can have these folders, you can have tags. We know it can get really heavy, especially for admins to have all of these different pieces. And so giving as many kind of easy ways to hop into that to see what's going on. Being able to say, hey, which of these are even getting views? I know many of you are creating lots of reports, uh, and you're sharing it with people, and then they're saying, oh, like, you know, are they actually like checking out that report? Are they finding it to be useful? Or is it something where you can hop in and see like how often was this thing viewed? Can you sort by this? Can you do all these things? So this is a big space. Again, just a quality of life thing, make it easier for you to organize these. I think someone just mentioned we'd love to pull it over to dashboards as well. And again, we have the same kind of list structure here, can completely agree. These are these kind of small changes we're trying to do to make admin life a lot easier. So you can come in here, see what people are using, see what you need to manage, and hopefully do that a lot faster. All right, next one, report viewer navigation and full screen. So in this case, what we dealt with is many admins were sitting here, and I talked to a lot of folks who said, hey Harrison, I'm coming in here and I'm trying to display this report and explain it to folks. And two things are happening. One, you've put a lot of content up at the top of here. I have to scroll down to even see my report. Two, I want to move to the next report. Every single time I need to fully click out and fully click in. That's really frustrating. Well, for both of those, what we want to do is one, you now have a little next and back. Think of this a lot like a slide deck. That was literally the intention was to say, hey, can we give you an easy thing that if you're talking through this, in a meeting, if you have this up at the top, you can just quickly kind of tab through these. Also, can I just go full screen? If I'm going to present this, I know sometimes what you prefer is just to see all of the data as big as possible. And so with that, we also wanted to make it so that you can just quickly slide through these. And if you're doing a presentation, just like I'm doing right now, it's a lot simpler when the screen is focused on the content you want to focus on. We tried to pull out kind of superfluous extra controls, pull out those AI insights. I started with the About section being closed, really making it more focused on this. Another thing I'll mention with that as well, this is a very minor tweak, but again, in the quality of lifetime stuff, let's say that you're coming in here and you've closed the settings, right? Historically, if you then went and opened another report, the settings would be open. That's really annoying. So we wanted to also make sure that we kind of start to retain a lot of these kind of little statā pieces that you do, if you set something up, if you've kind of built it out the way that you'd like to see it, that we keep that coming. Report summaries and dashboards, put a pin in that. We'll come back to that in a second. All right. And again, rapid fire moving through this, just so you all are aware. This one, I'm not going to go super deep into the demo of it. I think I already saw someone mention this in the chat. I mentioned on the performance side, we wanted customer reports to be more up to date because people are making changes. That'd also be really helpful if you had custom reports on the record. And those now are there. So now when you go in and you want to add a CRM card to the record, previously if you were clicking Report, the only options you would have would be those reports that were built with the single object report builder. Those are kind of the more, I also call them like legacy or classic reports sometimes in HubSpot. I think that conceptually makes sense. With that, that was limiting for all of you who had these really cool custom reports that you want to be able to add into that space. So being able to add all of those custom reports onto the record really kind of orchestrate that. Again, you can come in and we'll do this super, super fast because I know there's a lot of content I'm trying to get through here. But if you come in, if you're going into a record, if you're clicking Customize and you are adding a card inside this view, now you can add all of the different reports that are kind of within your portal. So really easy way to be able to hop in there, add the reports that you're looking for. You totally can add things from other objects. There's several options for how you'd like to filter those. I believe you can filter those unfiltered. You can do associated with the object you're looking at. You can do kind of a specific set of filters on them or specific, or like it's associated or filtered specifically to the object you're looking at. So lots of flexibility for getting those to display correctly. All right, let's go on back as we're rapid firing through this. Also, Scott, you mentioned like a use case for those. A really thing that I love to look at, like one specifically would be something like deal amounts, being able to kind of get into seeing how things change over time. The thing I really love about reporting is you can get a sense of time. And so oftentimes I'll do something like I'll see a, you know, a deal report that shows the amount over time on all of those. This is especially helpful if you have people where like the deal amount's changing a ton and you're like, wait, what the heck did that thing used to be? Being able to see that amount over time kind of move can be really helpful as a way to look at that data. Or honestly, a big thing I also like to do is like a multi-object table. So if you want to see all of the other objects associated like in a single card versus needing to have 5 extra cards on there, that could be a really quick way just to get all of that information and maybe pull in some additional, um, a thing I very commonly see is like, let's say location data is on a company and it'd be nice to be able to see that kind of stuff on a deal, things like that. Alright, next one I wanted to call out this gang. I'm sorry that this took so long. It's, it's, this turned out to be, I probably talked to multiple of you on this call. This turned out to be wildly more complex. Like sometimes, and I'll just slight, slight side tangent story for a moment. Sometimes when you're a PM, you enter a space and there's features that customers are asking for and you're looking at and you're being like, well, why haven't The previous people done this already. This is so obvious. Like, obviously you need to fix this problem. Why'd you even not do it that way in the beginning? And it's a reasonable thing that you want to kind of understand. Um, this is one of those that when I came and joined HubSpot, I was like, wait, so if I click share and I click email this dashboard, if I do reports in the export, if this report, if this dashboard had a custom report on it, you would see that little kind of like note that says like, hey, or I don't know, they might actually already be totally gone now. But essentially it would say, hey, it's not going to include any of theā oh, there we go. Yeah, if you do, I think it's if you didā oh yeah, here we go. Oh, perfect, found it. Not all reports on this dashboard support data export. This problem right here, this was super, super annoying where any custom report wouldn't come through. Um, this took forever, so I'm sorry that it took so long, but very quickly coming is going to be any of your custom reports They can be included in email shares. It is this right here. I, I, this very long name. The reason I include this very long name is because that is what it is called in the beta. Go look at this name as the beta. And now you can get all of that custom report data as a part of your export. Super, super nice. This again, not very sexy. It's just as now you can include that extra data in there, but I find it to be exceptionally helpful. And so this is the thing that a lot of folks have asked for for a long time. Lindsay, I love the idea of like send that data directly to Google Sheets. We should, we should talk about that. All right. So this is some kind of you can use right now things. I want to dive a little bit more into some stuff that's coming soon. I'm going to stare at the chat for one second though. If there were any direct questions on these items that I just covered up at the top. You're correct. Gosh, it can be used for datasets. Actually, there's a lot of cool stuff you can do with datasets, but I think it'd be fun to do reporting too. That's for, right? Ooh, Looker Studio. Okay. That'd be fun. Let's see. Kyle, Diana, is there anything that you saw that was like top things? I know we'll get into the Q&A soon. Oh, thank you so much for putting that link. That's super, super helpful. Exporting a PDF without havingā ooh, okay. Yep. That's a good call out. We're going to talk a little bit about the export changes we're doing. Integration with SEMrush. Already copy the URL dashboard and share it. Yep. Ahrefs. What are Ahrefs? Does anyone know what Ahrefs are? Are they keywords or are we saying more words? Oh, oh, okay. Oh, Ahrefs. Ah, got it. Thank you. It's an, it's an SEO tool. Good to know. Everyone's like, here's all that's coming in now. All right, beautiful. I don't see any super big questions on this. I will also check, how is pacing for everybody? Am I, is everyone able to track with me? I know I talk fast. Just while I'm pausing for a second. Give everybody a minute. You're great. All right. That's the only feedback I'm looking at. You are great. That's, I'm just putting that one out there. You're good. That's what the recording for at half speed is, is for. I love it. I love it. Okay, cool. Let's talk about some stuff that's coming up soon. So first one, hopefully everyone's aware at this point that we got builder, customer report builder formula fields out the door. That is One of the biggest changes I think to reporting in the entire time that I have been at HubSpot. This unlocks a bunch of stuff. If you have not been using this, I guarantee there is some problem that you thought about that you now can answer through this. But I want to really quickly say, if we go back to here, right? I said, great, let's like make sure it loads. Let's make sure you can do the thing. But like usability, how usable is it? It's okay. It's a little hard sometimes, I think. And so here, I'm going to come over and show y'all something that we're working on. And again, everything I'm about to show from now on is coming very soon. There are probably betas for some of these things, but not all of them will be immediately available. I want to get you all kind of in the loop of what's going on. If you have specific interest in these, please feel free to reach out. If it's not me running a beta, I know someone whoā again, PMs, our job is to talk to you all. So reach out, we'll chat. All right, so let's create a custom report. Let's just go with contacts. All right. And then add a formula field. So this is what you all have been used to for a long time. And now there are some new tabs. And so in here, one, what we want to do is let's give you an actual conditional logic builder. So it's a lot easier than you need to write out a bunch of crazy if statements and see how those format in a web browser. That can be exceptionally difficult. And so having all of this in much more of like a WYSIWYG, what you see is what you get. I didn't know for the longest time what that acronym meant, or is that an initialism? I'm not sure, but what you see is what you get. That's what this guy is, just allow you to build these out. Super, super helpful. This will be fun. You can get to some really interesting logic. Additionally, what I noticed, probably the number one thing that a lot of folks are using for this is summary measures. You'd like to see, hey, I want this specific sum. But something that I talked with so many users about is I would talk them through, hey, I want this sum. They're like, yeah, but I want it filtered. And I was like, oh yeah, that's a SUMIF. And they're like, what the hell are you saying? What does SUMIF mean? Oh, what it means is a sum if this is so much easier. So if I want to know the count of contacts in Delaware, that's sum the count of contacts in Delaware if location equals Delaware, right? And so this type of ability to build these out, there are so many essentially metrics that we can build with this type of idea. And so I think this is the one of the number one use cases I've seen for this. We want to make this a lot easier for you to build this out. And so this is a space, if any of you have talked to Saurabh before, Saurabh is the current PM of the Customer Report Builder. He's been working hard, comes from a heavy data science background, has been really trying to pull in how can we make this thing super easy to use. So this is coming very soon. If you have questions about this, if you have things that you would like to be able to do with formula fields, please reach out. I would love to introduce you to Saurabh and he is delightful to talk to. So it'd be fun. All right, let's go back to my little presentation thing. Next one, report viewer UI cleanup. This one, let's see, this is going to be a little awkward to show because we're getting into like the redesign stuff now. But essentially one of the big things that I want to call out here, and I mentioned this earlier, one thing that I hate and maybe many of you hate is the fact that I loaded up a report and this much of my screen is not the report. This is especially bad if it's really simplistic reports, right? So what we really want to do is we want to kind of rearrange this whole space. I'm going to show you all my really bad design for this just to give you an idea. And this is just kind of, again, I'm looking for feedback here. If there's things in chat that you like this, yes, please close the AI summary, things like that. So if I come over here, what we're really trying to work towards is much more of a view like this so that you can just get a really easy way to kind of say, hey, I want to just see the actual report that I built. All right, I'm going to watch the chat. Say better or worse. I see that's better. I see yes. I see bless. I see better. I see, oh, hell yeah. This is great. This is fantastic for my confidence game. Still put the AI summary right here. So I still want to keep that AI summary in there. I know many of you have talked about finding that AI summary valuable. I love the AI summary. It's something that I am very into. Edit in the builder button. Yeah, Josh. Oh, okay. Perfect. Someone called it out. Everybody, what does this do? Edit in the builder. This is what the question is. This is becoming slowly more interactive. I hope this is okay, Kyle. We're just rocking through it. So, okay. Yep. Being able to hide it. I don't know how many you know, just a side note. Did you know that you have settings for your AI summary and you can change it and tell it to do different things? That's kind of fun. Okay. Yep. Yeah. On the right. Okay. I'm on summary. All right. Cool. All right. Generally the vibes is good. All right. I love that. Cool. And then just really quick, I mentioned in that, that there's a summary thing that you can change. So what I'm talking about is under this gear. If you're playing with the summary, you could open this up. You can essentially think like, you know, if you're like doing prompt editing in those AI tools, that's what this is for the AI summary. So you can ask it to be longer, you can ask it to be shorter, you can ask it to do different things. You can ask it to speak like a pirate. That's one of my favorite demos to do with it. It will happily speak like a pirate, but then I will forget that I have told it to speak like a pirate. And then I go to demo it and it's speaking like a pirate in like a call with like a serious person. And then I feel a little silly. So that's always fun. Let's see, is this on this one? If it's on this one, I'll laugh. No, I don't think so. Okay, so we're not, I'm not going to demo that right now. That's a waste of time. Okay, let's continue on. All right. So yes, that's a really fun way to use the AI summary, but glad folks are enjoying that. One thing I'm curious about for admins here, would you like to be able to rearrange that screen? That was the other thing I forgot to mention. One thing I've thought about is like, should these be little like card sections that you can drag up and down? Could be fun. We'll see yeses. Well, that's such a softball. I'm asking admins if they want to rearrange the UI. How to get, how to get everyone to say yes in one easy step. All right. Dashboard exports match in-app view. This is just like kind of silly. You all know when you hit share and you email this dashboard that you've put in so much effort to make your beautiful little dashboard that has all this organization. And then HubSpot says, too bad, and just puts it all in a line. I'm sorry, we're fixing this. And so in this case, what's going to happen here is we're going to actually have the dashboard be able to look like the layout you have on the dashboard. Um, right now, and I've had people do this before, the dashboard layout does not affect other than the order how the export looks, but it will soon. It will actually be like that. James, you mentioned you like that in some cases. I know we're talking on Friday, so we should talk about that more. But this is a question I had for folks. Do you want to be able to keep it in that very like line format? I'm guessing some of you have built processes around this. This is my change. And like, I always am fearful of this. I know people get really adapted to these things. Sometimes it's worse and we have bad adaptations. So I'm okay to maybe push some of you all to change at times. But I also can understand why it's sometimes useful to have it laid out like that. So that's definitely a piece. That I'd love to know. Again, throw it in the chat if you're like, hey, I'll go read through all these chat messages. It'll be fun. We're still trucking. Um, Breeze-generated customer reports. Okay. Um, and I will adopt a lot of the responsibility for this. Uh, if I ask everybody to say how good are Breeze-generated reports, a lot of you are going to say bad. Um, and a lot of that's my fault. So I accept responsibility. I was waiting for Josh to say something because I knew he would say it. We've talked about this actually in calls before. It's rough. I completely accept it. I could give you a very long explanation, but that doesn't matter. You want software that works. Biggest thing that's happening right now is we are making some big changes to how that works behind the scenes with some really smart engineers who did some really smart things. The fun thing that you can start to get into is it's going to actually let you start, and this is obviously the dumbest query of all time,, but we could say, hey, average number of contacts per associated one deal. And it will actually start to build those. I, uh, this is the first time I'll be honest. This is the first time I've seen Breeze with report building feel magical. Um, this is something that's coming very soon. Um, if this is something that like you're very frustrated with, I would love, yes, like you are the crew that I would love to stress test this. Again, as I said, like I've been very critical of this and I feel like I can be because it's something that I've worked on for a long time. It's really hard to do well for a bunch of reasons. But we're making a ton, a ton of progress on this and it's like much easier. Again, we're always going to keep it so you can click the edit button and load this into the builder and kind of go do your thing. But that's the big piece that we want to get up there is we want to get this kind of moving. And so if that's something that you're interested in, Harrison, I'd love to test more of the AI stuff. I can introduce you to Grace. Grace is a wonderful PM on this. It does. Yeah, it only does. Does only work well if I'm using default. That's true. Definitely like default fields are easier, but the new being able to use the custom report builder can answer a lot of questions that are dramatically more hard to answer and especially really simple questions that you need cross-object support on. So that's kind of the very coming soon list. I will pause again because I've talked through all these. We're getting close to the amount of time that I wanted to spend on this. I'm going to say 4 more minutes. I'm going to talk through this, then we're opening it up for questions. Might be a different case. Looking forward. Is there anything else? We don't name properties by internal names that have Breeze. Yep. Mm-hmm. I agree. We do a lot of like trying to pull those property names through. Or on two things at once. Yep. Being able to kind of get that. Cool.
All right.
I don't see anything major on this. Ooh, so much to a report together. We should talk about that. John, send me a message. That sounds interesting. I have ideas about that that we talked about. Okay. Lastly, what I want to talk about is coming soon. So what we've been talking about so far, right, is all about like, hey, trying to get the stuff that exists today to work the way that we hope it would work. And so I'm just going to like rip through these really, really fast. The first one I can, I'm going to come back to dashboard levels. Actually, no, I'll talk about it. So dashboard level summaries. This just came up a bunch when we talked through, uh, the single report summaries. We're working on that right now. Um, my question for you all is when we run that, do youā would you preferā so look, hey, look, there's a summarize button. I can click that. This is a terrible dashboard, so the summary is going to be kind of bad. But my question is, do you want this to load on the dashboard? Do you want it to load into Breeze? But again, we already have this working. It's using all of those specific individual ones. It still takes into account those like kind of settings that you've put And now you can really start to get a much better summary at the dashboard level. On the side, don't clog the dashboard. Breeze. Oh, I like that. Yeah. I want consistent report loading first. Totally understand that. Right. So that's like, yeah, way higher priority right now. But this is, you know, breeze on dashboard. We need to really give structure. Yep. Okay. Historical on dashboards. My team is really bad at using it. Ability to add to dashboard. Cool. I like that. Would it update? Fun, fun, fun. Okay, cool. That's helpful to know about. I'm just rapid firing through these. These are about feedback. Flexible metrics. This is something that many of you have experienced this. We did recently tweak the UI on the index page. When I'm talking about metrics today, what I'm talking about is these entities here. What you'll see is we did update the editor in here. It was really hard to see what you were editing sometimes. So we have like your little preview there that hopefully makes it a little easier, kind of another little usability thing. We're trying to dive into this a little bit deeper. Let's say like multi-object metrics, having better tracking metrics, all this metric stuff. If you'd like to talk about metrics and establishing metrics in HubSpot across the platform, it's like reusable things. That's something that I'd love to, uh, my email is hboyd, so first letter, last name at hubspot.com. So feel free to email me. CRM tables and reporting. Um, Big one here. You already, actually, that's a perfect spot. I can show that. Many of you may have experienced this already. When I click into this table up here, look at this. This table, again, terrible example really, but in this table, this is actually a CRM table as opposed to like the same one that's on the index page. If I had a better example, what you'd be able to see is you can edit the cells in here. They're interactive. And so it's this table. What we're working on right now is bringing that table over to reporting. I think this is a really big deal for admins. Like I'm very, very bullish on this. I think a lot of people have big tables that they work on inside of dashboards. I would love to give you the ability to turn that on or off. Maybe though, is this something where we always want that to be editable? Are we concerned about permissions? How we like that to look? That's something that again, and all the feedback you are throwing in the chat is super helpful. Good to know. And if you, if you're concerned about things, what are the gotchas as well? You can, you can be mean. It doesn't have to all be nice feedback. Back. Um, unified report builderā this is just a long-term thing. Again, this is SARS working on this world. I'd love to give you all a world that the report builder is going to be something that's a single instead of having like these, like all these different screens you have to go to. And then the last thing I'll mention is we are working on the larger reporting redesign. Again, if you would like to talk about thatā I've said this 2 million times today alreadyā but if it's something that you are interested in, you think that could be fun, you'd like to know more, This is a big thing that we're trying to say like, hey, how can we get kind of this reporting UX to be a little more modern, a little easier to use, a little, you know, fun for you all to navigate and really answer those questions. But I think the hard thing we're always looking for, right, is that trade-off of like we don't want to change things just for the sake of change. We want to make sure it's better for you all. But even just some simple pieces, and I'll show you this one thing before we move last part over to Q&A. Moving through this at Mach 5, so thank you all for tracking with me. Let's see, like this screen. So some things like this, when we think about how you want to interact with the SRV, that report viewer screen, I call it the SRV, it's like an internal name sometimes. Like, would it be nice if we could try to get some of this like edit interface to beā I mean, this probably looks like a little more modern, looks a little cleaner, looks a little more simple. I think that's a really big thing that we're trying to move for. But what we're trying to understand a little bit more, and I know this is like a mock of mock, so please don't, don't, don't think that you're like, oh gosh, what is this supposed to mean? We're still thinking through it. But if you're interested in maybe doing some feedback sessions on this, all of our designers are working pretty heavily on this. You can see there's this whole big old flow that we're trying to get into. But things like, can we give you some recommendations? Can we make it really clean and easy for you to set up what's in the report? Yes, for quick editing, definitely like understanding those kind of changes. That's a big thing that we're focused on. All right. Thank you, gang, for listening to me going through all of that. Now let's swap over to Q&A. This will be really fun, but let me pull that up.
Yeah, just real quick, everyone, you should be able to open the Q&A and upvote. We have, what, 48 questions in there? No big deal. So hop in, everybody skim through real quick, upvote, ones that are there. If you have a burning question, you don't see it in there, go ahead and add it, and then we'll sort these most upvoted, least upvoted, and get through them. Harrison, I've tried to get my, my report summarizer to talk like a pirate and it didn't work. I don't know if that's because I chose the long-form analyst option. I wanted lots of piratey speak.
Maybe, but that's a good, that's good feedback. That's the type of stuff that also, like, if you all are seeing problems with these things, that's helpful to know.
Not that it's important for it to have this skill.
I think it'sā
yeah, but here, I couldā here, do you want me to share my screen real quick?
Uh, let me see. I think I might have one. Is it this one? All right, uh, here, show me. Yeah, let's showā let's see your screen.
I figured thisā yeah, that's what people upvote. Uh, me and Harrison are having a private conversation. You just focus on upvoting.
We're doing pirate stuff, gang. If you all could give us just a a second.
Yeah. So Iā here I am, you know, I chose analyst and defaults and I said, give me a serious in-depth analysis of what this report is meant to show, but do it while speaking like a pirate and lean heavily on nautical analogies. And it says, you know, a single exceptionally strong closing day stands out as king tide of revenue. And it says spike is repeatable, favorable current. But I don't see any like R's or mating.
Okay, so go, go back to default. The analyst long form is like, it tries to be a little serious typically.
Okay. So just change it to that one.
Yeah. Change that. And then just add to the end, like just say, go hard on the pirate part of it. Like, I know it sounds a little silly, but like as probably as folks have played with for the most part and definitely like we have that little preview button so you can click this and kind of like play with it and dial it in. Um, but that's the thing where like it does usually take a couple iterations. Let's do, um, Why does it say they're not available? Yes, it is. Here, just hit apply. So it looks like we're having some weird issue, so I'll figure that out.
And then the big thing hereā this is what it was before.
Yeah, so let's refresh. There should beā
oh, I don't know if my Zoom buttons are covering.
I'm sorry, geez gang, I'm trying to show y'all something and it's being a little weirder than I thought it was.
Well, we'll just let it load the preview. That'll be okay.
Anyway, look at what's going on with this, but essentially you should be able to get that kind ofā
oh my goodness. Oh, this actually is okay.
This legit, it went hard on the pirate that time.
No, no, look, I just got a weirdā look at this.
Inside one, perfect.
All right, troubleshooting live, friends. All right, let's get to the actual Q&A, but something goofy is happening there. I'll get that figured out. Luckily there were not, you know, 300 people here watching while Iā
yeah, that's fine.
This is private conversation.
All right.
Yeah, welcome back. 29 upvotes for Michelangelo's question: would it be possible to set up revenue attribution also on companies? As we are in B2B, we mainly track orders andā oh, whatā deals connected to companies and not to contacts. And Bridget said this: with like 4 or 5 exclamation points.
Yep. Um, this one, the biggest thing, uh, like I definitely connect you toā this is like one of the few areas that I'll be honest is a little bit of a gap on my knowledge in reporting. We have a PM, Justin, who's really deep in this world. But I guess theā yeah, let's see, is there anything that I can add that's super valuable here other than like we should talk to Justin? I don't want to say something that's going to be not helpful or misleading. I do know this is something that's been talked about. I know that's like a little bit of a platitude, so I think the biggest thing here would be if you can shoot me an email to talk about this, like I can connect you with the PM that would be able to speak more like what we're doing in this space. I just want to make sure that I give you accurate information.
Cool. Chad's comment in the chat, can't you have line items associated with companies now, is interesting. I know you can associate them directly with custom objects now. I actually don't know about companies. Somebody's in a mood to test that real quick. I'll just keep with the Q&A here. Um, Stephanie with 28 upvotes: Our biggest pain point is showing marketing attribution in the sales cycle. Our company's sales cycle is very long, 1+ years, and so it's not always easy to show all the different ways we have influenced the lead and helped to push them all the way to customer. Do you have any tips or advice? And Lee agrees: As someone who works in public sector and also has very, very long cycle times due to this, this would be insanely helpful because so much gets lost along the way.
Yeah, so this is where I'm curious, like with the, where kind of the issue is living on this one. I think like definitely there's a piece of, can we make sure that we can like show that amount of data correctly and associations, which you get a lot for attribution, can I know get a little bit heavy to manage. Um, but I'm curious on the, do you have any tips or advice? I think the hard part is like, I'm not totally clear on where the exact problem is living here. I definitely know there are some problems in HubSpot regarding very long time cycles. We've seen this pop up with like day in between stuff, and oftentimes people are having to kind of work their way around this. The thing that you're also sometimes seeing here is like this is a lot of like events connected to objects, and some of that like linkage and attribution can be pretty hard to do. But I think this is one that, yeah, just to be the most helpful, probably need to know a little more detail of like the specific situation you're dealing with. I find these to be fairly case by case, but I think my number one tip there would be like it'sā I find often this stuff like is hidden in the data model. This is a generalized tip and this is not going to be super specific, so probably not the most helpful, Stephanie, I'm sorry. But this is maybe like a general statement for like a lot of folks on this call. When you're thinking about your data model, a thing I would always recommend doing is just gut check if you could get to the same style of data when you're thinking about your data model in Excel with one very key caveat. Reporting is in the business of aggregating. So what we always do is we're going from more granular data to less granular data. Reporting almost never goes the other way. And so why is that really important? When you're thinking about how you have data modeled inside of HubSpot, it's important to know that you are always going to make it less granular, more aggregate as you're reporting on it. So if you start with something that is already aggregated, you're always going to lose your ability to like break that down easily inside of reporting. This can really catches a lot of people out. The way that I typically talk through this, um, is when you're kind of putting data in HubSpot and the way that you're thinking about it is try to have like that least granular thing. Try to say, if you're trying to say like, hey, I want to show a subscription, instead of saying here's subscription, it's going to have 12 payments, I can just do the math later to kind of break down how much that is per payment because I have the 12 and I have the total amount. Remember, that's deaggregating, that's making something more granular. And I know this is a little bit of a weird concept, but that's something I play with where like if you go into Excel and let's, or Google Sheets or something like that and say, hey, if I was to do this, can I use like the pivot table function to make this into what I want? Or would I need to go the opposite way? If you need to go the opposite way, you typically are going to run into problems. And I know that's a very general advice because there's a lot of situations this applies to, but I've seen this catch a lot of people out. The typical thing that I'd always recommend, especially if you're thinking about like how you're capturing event data, is to try to capture it in its like most granular form, like single type of pieces. And then you can always ladder that up inside HubSpot. You just can never run it the other way around. So a little bit of a weird answer, but sometimes that can catch out for things like this.
Interesting. Our top 2 questions are both about attribution in one way or another.
It's, uh, that, that makes a lot of sense to me, honestly. Like, I think we need to get, I think we should get Justin to come to one of these. I think he could talk a lot about attribution. He's like brilliant.
Um, that'd be really fun.
Cool.
Noted. Um, Joshua Oaks, uh, filters on dashboards with multiple report sources, deals, contacts, etc., like a CEO might want, are really messy. Plans to make that easier to manage?
Um, Josh, do you think that doing like multi-object filtering in like lists is better than on dashboards today? Um, that's, uh, it's a little bit of a loaded question. Um, the thing that I answer, the reason I'm saying that is I'm trying to say Um, how we use filters inside of HubSpot is something where like historically a lot of teams have had slightly different implementations and that's really confusing and frustrating. What we're trying to really actively work on now is more of like this centralization of using all the same filter components to hopefully make it a lot easier for reporting on multiple data sources. So this is something that I think is quite painful on dashboards right now. It's like in our top things that we're focused on. What we're looking to do right now is to say like, hey, I think The, the list segments tool is probably one of the best that we find for filtering. People typically enjoy it. They put in a lot of effort to that over the last year. So I think that's helpful. I'm curious if that type of feature would like make more sense to you all. You are admins. You probably use that tool. If not though, that's where I'm kind of curious because that's the current like filtering experience we're headed towards and pulling more of that into our space as our way of thinking about how we can make this easier. But so plans easier to manage. But if you don't think that segments is really easy to manage, then we should talk more about that and figure out where those different, those kind of differences are. There's a lot of similarities, but there are some slight differences in how those two might work. So that's, yes, plans to make it easier. Currently thinking using more of like the segments and like CRM type of filter UIs. But definitely if you have more feedback on like, hey, here's some gaps with those. We've been working with that team to highlight some of the gaps. I'll tell you one thing, and I don't know if this makes sense to everybody or not. I currently hate how long it takes to get to a calendar when you're doing date filters. That really thing I'm pushing on right now is like when you filter on a date, it should just be a calendar. Why are we making you go through like doing all this like Boolean logic to get there? I think that's crazy.
So that's hopefully coming soon. Amazing. Yeah, that drives me crazy too. Uh, great. Here's a question I knew we were gonna get, and I'm not surprised to see 7 different, uh, pylons Recurring revenue reporting. Can we make this less painful manual in HubSpot, pretty please? And a lot of people jumping on saying yes, yes, yes, yes. So what are your thoughts on recurring revenue?
Reading through the comments right now on it, uh, when active at some point, knowledge base article. Yep, yep, there's some, there's some weirdness with that. Uh, change the date on this to yearly, currently is daily. So I'm guessing a lot of folks also referencing there's a specific report inside, it's hiding inside, I think the sales analytics suite, um, that deals with all the revenue reporting. And it's a little bit custom and it lacks some of the features and abilities ways that you can kind of like tweak and change that. Um, essentially like, yeah, we're looking to like essentially get rid of that report and pull that piece in. A big piece of this also is like a data modeling question, like making sure this stuff is set up. But the best probably thing I can say right now is like, this is actively something that we're like looking at and working on. I don't have like a super specific thing, but when we talk about this being less painful and manual, one, um, continue to bug us about it. That is like you saying, hey, this sucks, helps us get that prioritized with the folks who we report to. So that's a big thing. Two, um, if you have like experiences like, this is the thing I wish was easier, or I wish this specific kind of like change was there, definitely like it's our job to figure out how we make that less painful and less confusing and less manual, like 100%. So don't think that I'm saying that you need to like figure that out for us. But if you have ideas about how you'd like to see that, that's exceptionally helpful to share with us. And like it really helps us push on this. So, um, with, yeah, ability to edit metrics on the deal pipeline, I'm curious what that's supposed to mean, Sarah. I'm like, that sounds interesting. But essentially, yes, one thing that we're thinking about is a lot of this needs to be rolled back to, we need to let you establish the metrics that you're looking to manage and then be able to aggregate those across. Email is definitely the best way to reach out to me, Caitlin. You, you, everyone can spam my email right now. That's totally fine. I will reach back out to all of you. We'll get meetings set up on the calendar. It'll be fun. So yeah, that's where I'd say like, if we could talk about some of the specifics you'd like to see less painful, that would be really, really helpful. It's something that we know is painful and we're trying to work on that thing. Cool.
Um, every, every time a new question's put in the Q&A, Zoom drops me to the bottom. Not entirely sure why. Uh, here we are. So Erica, is that where we are? Erica's question: the funnel reports are great, but the restriction that all stages in the funnel need to happen in the time frame that the entire funnel is set to can be really difficult for us companies with long sales cycles or large numbers of old records. That tend to reconvert much, much later. Any chance that the funnel reports can get the date filters added per step stage so we can have contacts that were created in the last few years, but conversions happening this year or something like that?
Um, okay. So love that, that the specificity, that's super, super helpful. Um, if for some of the things when we talk about the, um, that's actually one of the areas. So making that like a, just a base feature that's really easy to use. That's really helpful to like how to conceptualize where that gap is of essentially being able to kind of have date filters per stage in the funnel, that makes a ton of sense. So that's really helpful to hear. That makes a lot of sense too if it's very like event-based. You'll hear me anytime I'm talking about this, I talk a lot about like object reporting and event reporting. HubSpot's pretty good with object reporting. Generally, that's our more bread and butter. Event reporting is a lot more hard. So many of the things that you all are referencing as difficulties is known and it all falls into this world of HubSpot struggles a little more with event reporting. But when we get to this, the other thing that I would call out here is this is where using some of those more like formulaic fields to say like, hey, I want the count of something with those if statements and using ifs to essentially as a means of filtering something that sits within an existing report is a great way. The gap that you're also kind of calling out here, filters today are universal to the report, right? So when you have filters, think if it's a big old Google Sheet, you're always filtering the whole sheet. So it's not something where you can have two kind of filters that are both almost mutually exclusive. That can be really, really helpful in reporting. And using that like SUMIF or just using formulas, that allows you to have kind of spaces where you'd say, hey, I want this group. And this is the idea of like buckets. I want this group with this count and this filter and this group with this count and this filter. Those two populations would be totally different, but you can have them in the same report by using a filter through a formula as opposed to a filter at the global level on the report. So, um, Gosh, that like gets a little deep. I don't know, Kyle. It's like hard. Kyle, let's, um, we should make a video. I can show you how to do that and we could talk about explaining it. Um, amazing. Interesting. I'd love to show you like how to do bucketing today in HubSpot because you can. Yeah.
That'd be fun. No, that is, that is absolutely the sort of video I'm hoping to make more of in 2026.
So yes, we, yeah, let's do that. Okay. We'll get it. We'll get something out there so you all can help to understand that, but definitely think formulas. Um, and also this is silly, uh, with using formula fields or anything stuff. Highly recommend using ChatGPT. Like, obviously, like, I also like Breeze could get some of those things too. I find especially because a lot of it's very SQL-esque. That's a really good way to try to get to a formula or like bounce some ideas off it. I use that all the time. It looks like Olivia had a comment that got upvoted above Erica's now. Just, I refreshed it again.
Oh yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Is there any discussion around making all reports across HubSpot accessible in the reporting/dashboard Hub. Example, right now the reports available in the Sales Hub around sequences are not all accessible in reporting, and I am unable to recreate the same reports and fully replicate the data in reporting.
I will not, uh, wax poetic about this. I'll just say this is like my favorite question of all time because this is what I have to smack everyone on the head for when they build reports that are not on platform at HubSpot, and this is what happens.
Yay.
Uh, um, no, so yes, 100%, we want to move these on a platform. Um, We are actively working on making that easier to figure out why teams, when they do build some that aren't on platform, aren't usuallyā it's like a feature gap with us or some type of thing that they're trying to give for people that like it's really hard to do. With that being said, number one thing you can do is complain to that team. Why is my report not going to dashboards? That's super helpful because people don't think about that. And realistically, they're focused on their space. They're trying to get that kind of stuff across the line. They want to enable you to report on that. I totally understand that at the same time. Same time. Um, it's super frustrating because we run into this question. So definitely the thing that really helps is complain, I want this on dashboards. Like, that type of complaint makes this really easy for us to, like, push on those conversations.
Yeah. And honestly, friends, what's working really well in 2026 is posting to LinkedIn and tagging me in it. So if there's, like, one specific report you're like, why can't I put this on a dashboard, like the sequences one, Like, take a screenshot of it, post it on LinkedIn, tag me. Everyone else here will pile on and say, yes, yes. And then I will drop that in the relevant team Slack channel and be like, hey guys, can we fix this? And yeah, do it by specifically for each one. Don't just say I want all the reports, say the specific ones, because what Harrison is saying is like the sequences report was built by the sequences team. So I need to talk to the sequences team about that. The whatever other report that was built by that team.
And so you know, we try really hard to get everyone on platform. Uh, but there, and there are totally reasons that they sometimes, like, we can't support them for some reason, but it helps us with our, like, no, this is all, it's a big prioritization game. So the more feedback we get helps with us prioritize these things over other things. Cause everything you all are talking about, super reasonable stuff. It's not, you know, they're not impossible things. I'll tell you if it's impossible. Uh, make sure you're sharing it in the feedback channel in Slack too, to get the rest of us who don't know that the post happened on board with upvoting and Great. Okay. Now I know we're right about at time.
We are at time.
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. There's like a bunch of these that I would love to still be able to answer.
What's the best way for me to go? So what I would love to do, what I want, one of my personal goals for us in 2026 is, uh, I'm very good at exporting out the Q&A and sharing it with you so you can share it with your team. I would love for you and your team, maybe we can turn it into a spreadsheet or something and fill in all the answers and then let's use that community.hubspot.com space to actually answer the questions we're not getting to. This is, this is a muscle we want to build. So if you, you would help me pilot that process, Harrison, I'd really appreciate it.
I would adore to. Uh, and that last thing I'll say is like, again, like gang, I know I'm beating this dead horse, like email me please. Like, like you would be surprised how much for all the feedback that we hear. And I know that's like, it takes some time. I'd love to grab 30 minutes with you and chat through this. I will send you, send me an email. I will send you a calendar link. You can book time on my calendar. I'll set that pretty far out because I know there's a lot of folks, but like, I am more than happy to talk through any and all of these issues. Um, so please do not hesitate to do that. I love, love, love to chat with you. I love to spend time doing this. Um, it's always really fun.
So don't hesitate to reach out with that.
Amazing.
