The content features a single speaker presenting a new security center feature available to all HubSpot accounts, including free ones. The speaker explains how to access and use the security center, describes its current functionality, and invites viewers to provide feedback for future improvements. The video is an informational update about product features rather than a conversation.
Friends, we've launched a security center and this is for all HubSpot accounts, even free ones. This is a feature we're giving to everyone because we think security is so important. It's pretty lightweight right now, but we're looking to make it better. So let me show it to you and if you have any feedback, drop them in the comments. So first let's talk about how to navigate to this thing. It's a little tucked away. If you go to your settings here and if you go to your account defaults and you go to the security tab, you. You'll see this new orange button. Visit Security center and that's how you get there. We'll click on that. And this is, this is how it works right now. It's kind of a checklist. It gives you a score, percentage score out of 100% and it looks at if two factor authentication is required for your account, what percentage of your users have it set up, how many super admins you have and what percentage of your admins are super, or what percentage of your users are super admins, how many partner users are super admins, and how many inactive users does your account have. And for each of these there's this little hover thing where it tells you kind of our sense of a best practice. And most of these are good for me, but look, 50% of my users have not set up two FA. So there's this resolve button right now that just takes you to the users page so you can see who doesn't have two factor authentication set up. We would love to make this a more useful button maybe would take the action for you. But you tell us what you want to do and if you want to go deeper on any of these and understand them, you can click this button to visit the knowledge base where there's further documentation on what they all mean. This is now live Again, all accounts get this and we're looking to improve it. So leave some comments about what you would like to see. This include what what you would like it to do, some cool buttons or automation you think we could enlist here? I'll be passing all of this along to the product team who is hungry for your input. So let me know what you think and let me know if you have any questions.
