This is a YouTube video titled "HubSpot Sequences & Workflow Enrollment: A Comprehensive Guide to the Latest Updates" created in October 2022. The content features a single speaker providing an instructional update on new features and integrations between HubSpot sequences and workflows, explaining how users can automate enrollment and unenrollment criteria within sequences to improve marketing and sales processes.
Hey friends. Happy New Year. Got a sequences update for you right out of the gate here. So let's hop in here. Here we are in the sequences page and just a quick tip, if you aren't using the sequences overview page, you are missing out. You can filter different things by enrollment date and by status to get all this data. You can see who's enrolled and what their status is. There's a lot of great stuff you can do here and you should just be taking this data in. But what I want to show you is if you come over to manage and you edit, what is this sequence? There's this new automation tab and you can come over and by default, you know, anytime an email is replied to, the contact gets unenrolled and we've revealed this, but we haven't for now given you the ability to change this. That might come later, I don't know for sure. And then you can also turn on and off this option. If anyone at the company responds, they get unrolled and then by default also if they book a meeting, they get unenrolled. But what we've added is this Create workflow button. So last year we created the workflow actions to unenroll and enroll people in sequences. Now that is embedded inside of sequences. So for example, this is my first meeting sequence. Maybe if someone does a form submission for my, let's say contact sales form, then I want them to get enrolled in this contact with an email from me. Right? And I could just create that workflow right here, right now. Or maybe there's a particular form that we would want them to get unenrolled from the sequence. Right. And, and we can make that happen too. So now your sequences can have different goals besides just a reply or meeting book. So this is pretty cool. It's not, it's not new functionality because this is existed in workflows, but we've now brought brought sequences and workflows even closer together. And when you're creating an individual sequence, you can just go to that automation tab and you can set the criteria that enroll and unenroll contacts from it. Super powerful. Expect to see more action here later. Happy New Year and I look forward to sharing a whole lot more videos with you in2022.
