HubSpot Super Admin Training

Chris and George B. Thomas discuss building a training program for HubSpot super admins. They focus on the human side of administration: how to help accidental admins communicate better, clarify roles, and actually impact their organizations beyond just knowing the software.
Happy Tuesday afternoon, September 24th. A post inbound show that will not be about inbound Here with George B. Thomas building some super admins. How you doing, man?
Finally realizing I'm home a couple days later. But it's good. We're doing good already. Ms. Inbound already. Can't wait for inbound 2025. Until then, I will continue to climb this mountain that is helping people who know their super admins and educating people about the fact that they are super admins when they don't know they are. Anyway, that's a teaser into what we're going to get into later here.
Yeah. Or the times where they know they are. They didn't ask for it, just landed on their lap. But so much of this is, I promise this will be the last time we talk about inbound. Everything, all the fancy tools, all the AI. So much of what we heard and learned about last week is always an interesting dichotomy between that and the challenges that we know for a fact. You know, admins or people actually getting value at a HubSpot. There's a lot of challenges out there and I'm excited to talk about this new training that you've got. There's a boot camp, there's other trainings that exist, there's a huge academy. Uh, why is George B. Thomas putting together his own version of super Admin training?
Yeah, I think there's a couple ways that I need to answer that, Chris. The first one is I understand the journey better than probably anybody on the planet of becoming an accidental admin. Meaning in 2013, 2012, when I kind of fell into the inbound slash HubSpot ecosystem, there was no such thing called a super admin. For the first 8, 10, 11 years. Super Admin was just, well, probably 8 years. Super Admin was just, you know, permission set, if you will, but more and more as marketing hub, sales hub, service hub, operations hub, commerce hub, CMS hub, content hub, Like I could keep on going. And by the way, with every hub, there becomes this thing called an educational gap. And then you move forward into like a world that we live in right now where it's like a hundred plus updates and 40 betas in a 30 day period. What educational gap? Right. And so going through this journey of a guy who was like trying to get all the certifications, trying to know all the things and turned himself into, for multiple agencies, a super admin and a super admin trainer. Trainer of the people who are trying to train people in the organization. There's just a love and understanding of that journey. The other piece that kind of fell in to my lap a little bit is Dan Tyre reached out to me probably year and a half ago before he retired from HubSpot and said, hey, we're thinking about doing this boot camp. And it was the Super Admin Boot Camp. Kyle was excited. Oh, George wants to do this. Yeah, I want to do this. And we ended up having Debbie and we had Stefan and Olivia and a couple other folks, you know, along the way. Where we've done, I want to say four, if not five sessions of this Super Admin Bootcamp. And obviously HubSpot Academy, it's free. But we out the gate, Chris, were having, you know, 200, 300, 350 people sign up for HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp. And I was like, this is sweet. There's a massive amount of people who need this training. And so we put together what was six weeks or is six weeks, one hour training sessions. And the biggest pain point the that us as the people who were building the original boot camp was how do you fit 10 gallons of needed information into a two gallon bucket? Like, it's impossible. And so we knew what are the things that we can teach in, in the six weeks and how can we make it engaging? And so there's things like workbooks and all this stuff, additional content. Like it got so bad that we started making additional loom videos for people to watch when they weren't being part of the Super Admin training. And yet, Chris, we still weren't touching on things that I was like, well, dang gone if you think about me and how it's all about the humans. There's things that we're teaching and, or not touching on because. Because so much of the HubSpot Academy Super Admin Bootcamp has to do with the software. And so I released for the first time like last year or beginning of this year actually. I'm already trying to say that it's 2025 and it's not. But the beginning of this year I released version one. Slow down, George. I released version one of the super admin training and it was a 12 week training and it was awesome, but it was long. And also it wasn't an hour, but it was 90 minutes per each week. So a lot of information also still trying to add additional resources where possible. And so we've been in this refining situation where we're, we're getting it to 10 weeks, it's 90 minutes each week. But it is talking about stuff that you cannot find in the HubSpot Super Admin Bootcamp. It is talking about stuff that you can't find. Today's date of this recording, because as soon as I put it out in the world, somebody will say we need to create that that you can't find in HubSpot Academy in general. And again, because it's coming from the human side of being a HubSpot super admin or accidental admin, and tying in the software and things that like the buttons and the levers and the mindsets in communication and so on and so forth. So that's a little bit of the why and the how and, you know, the passion. Hopefully people see that I'm passionate about this, like deeper level education to unlock you as a human inside of your organization to be the HubSpot or the Hub hero that your organization needs.
That journey definitely resonates from a different perspective in that, you know, meeting HubSpot in 2017, sales and service Hub just coming out, but I was still on sales and service Hub just coming out, but I was still on some small teams. So I was still like the marketing guy, maybe the marketing and sales guy because they're so small. Like you're just, you just handle HubSpot. You're definitely the guy that knows how to do all the stuff in HubSpot. So you get to do it as I think it aligns with this customer explosion, this, this growth, this move into customer platform where it's 20, 20 hits, custom objects come out, all of a sudden you, you can do way more right in HubSpot. And I realized a couple, after a couple times of doing it the hard way, the only certificate, the only certification that I could send to people without any context was inbound because it was all strategy. If I'm coming in to lead this, I'm gonna use HubSpot to do it. But here's why, here's why we're switching to customer experience. First and easy to buy, easy to support. Inbound is a strategy that I'm bringing to the. As soon as I went to the end user level and say, hey, check out sales Hub, check out marketing hub. Like, I realized there's just the context and the nuance of these people trying to do their daily job and then they're supposed to just start using HubSpot, it just wasn't doing the job.
No, no. And I love that you call inbound the strategy and it is a strategy, but I always call it the methodology or the religion to the things that you're actually going to be doing on a daily basis inside of the different departments, AKA hubs, AKA you know, experience or processes, internal and external that you're going to build. Because I think it comes back down to like this idea of we're good humans creating great processes and experiences for other humans that we're trying to impact in positive ways inbound. The methodology, the religion, the strategy is great for that. The rest just not that the software starts to fall apart, but the understanding and navigating and getting the best out of humans internally starts to slightly fall apart. One of the things that I've asked every super admin bootcamp that I've done with HubSpot Academy and remember 253, 350 people, how many of you are lacking in internal documentation at your organization? If they could physically raise their hands, I'd be able to give you like a 97% but if you go back through the chat, you immediately start to like get mind blown on the amount of people who are going to work every single day focused on knowing what they think they need to do or what they need to do and, and preaching that they are data driven to do it, but have no documentation for themselves or the team members around them on how to stay. Imagine going to the NFL football team and saying we're going to just go out there and play, but we don't need a playbook. We're going to go out there and play, but we don't need practice. So when I think of the HubSpot Super Admin training that we're building, it really is. I'm going to give you the tools, techniques, styles that you might use to build your playbook as a super admin for your organization and the humans around you inside that organization.
It is all about the organization here because we keep hearing like there's an adoption gap, which there is. You know, that's the other people. Right? It's not because necessarily the tools are hard to use. Like we all know how easy HubSpot should be to use, but bring it in and understanding change management, it's a different ballgame and HubSpot's role as the. They manufacture the product, right. It's going to be very hard for them to cover all these bases. Right. Especially as they expand and. But they've tried a couple times and what, what comes to mind is I remember taking the inbound marketing optimization course for the first time in the first section. Yeah, it's like this is how you communicate with other people. Like this is what a team player looks like. This is project management. Right. That's one rev Ops course, has a whole section in how to talk about finances and like understand the language of business. And then there's like a critical thinking in a, in a changing world course. And all those things are like they, they could not resist. They know that everybody's having these challenges so they gotta get it out there. But they are not the ones, in my opinion, responsible for too much outside of the product. Right, right. You gotta be there to help. And that's where a course like this to have like you're a human being, you're trying to get other human beings to use this awesome product. Train me on that.
I mean one of the things, and again, not so much about the super admin training, but just me being a trainer training people. Many times I would get like head of marketing, cmo, whoever, it doesn't matter the title. And you'd be like, hey, so I, I want to have a meeting where we bring in our sales folks and ba ba ba ba ba. And they call it a whole bunch of stuff. And I'd be like, so what I hear you saying is in the next 45 minutes you want me to maximize the buy in for them to actually use the tools and the processes that you're trying to launch for. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's a skill that not every human has. Like a way to communicate in a way to get buy ins from other humans to a thing that, because we don't like change, like literally. I love talking about the book who Moved my Cheese. We don't like change. But when you can communicate in a way in understanding what you're trying to drive forth, now all of a sudden you can get the buy in that you need. Instead of feeling like you're running around.
In circles, some of these job descriptions I've been, oh lord.
Like, oh, don't even Chris, don't even get me started. One of the things that I did, because obviously just coming off of Inbound and we were doing this like future of content, you know, AI human powered, AI assisted talk. One of the things I did for grins and giggles is just like a test playground. After having a conversation with you and a couple other folks. Liz, our content strategist, as I went out and I researched, I think it was seven or nine job descriptions for what would be considered a HubSpot CRM administrator or some literally said HubSpot super administrator or HubSpot administrator. And the amount of soft skills and technical skills. As I went through these, I was like, oh, they're not looking for a human, they're looking for a demigod or like God himself to come, like run their organization. And what's crazy is I actually merged all of these descriptions into one to be able to use it for like a. I want to teach this Persona type scenario. And when you start to look at it, Chris, it's just mind blowing what organizations think or expect. And so that's why I'm glad that one of the weeks we literally talk about role and organizational value. If you were hired for this, it's a different conversation, but it's still a conversation because expectations might have been way off of where they needed to be. If you're an accidental admin, this is super useful because it's literally like how do you, as the person sitting in the seat, in the seat that you didn't necessarily know you were going to get to but now you're there or you actually got hired for it, but you're like, oh God, what did I do to myself? Like being able to define your role plus the organizational value that you're going to bring forth, it's a real unlock for humans like to even be able to know where to start or what to stand on when it comes to that conversation. And so again that's one of those that I'm excited about, like being able to give people just that starting gate. Although there actually is something before that because we talk about mindsets, Chris, and this is again less super admin training, more real life. Like if you can get your mind right, you can get your life right. So why would we not take time, you know, talking about things like strategic alignment mindsets or data driven mindsets or things like customer centric mindsets pertaining to super admins or like I could keep going collaboration and team empowerment mindset. By the way, Chris, I don't think I'm going to release them all at the same time, but there's basically like 25 mindsets that if you want to be a dope super admin that you have in your back pocket or you have some tools and techniques around, I think I'm probably only going to release 16 as like a bulk base of. Here's the, like the most important. But know that there's these, these 16, there's these other citantial side ones that we should also be paying attention to. So it'll be like additional content along the way. But I think even 16 mindsets is a lot. But I want people to realize it's about picking the ones that they might be weak at or the ones that they haven't thought of, or maybe even the ones that they feel like, oh, I could double down on this. I don't need them to necessarily do all, but I need to do them to do all that are important to where they are or where they're trying to go or what they need from their team. Now you can embrace the right mindsets.
And so much of this is about helping you guys create common language so that we can explain it to other people in the organization. So if you don't mind, I'd love to share the page on screen right now and we can just run through it because it's easy to say like not all super admins can just decide to do a course and pay for a course. So helping people one, sell this internally but also understand the importance of it. Talk to me about these two key audiences.
Yeah, in a perfect world, the organization in which you work for will realize by paying for you to do what is next level, deeper level education, they will reap the rewards in the future. And so when we talk about business leaders who want to empower their HubSpot specialists, we're literally saying, hey, CEO, hey owner, hey, whoever that has the checkbook in the back pocket. Although I just dated myself a checkbook that has the visa or the MasterCard in their back pocket. This might be something, it probably is something that you want to get your accidental admin, your HubSpot guru, the guy or gal that you go to when you can't figure out what the heck it. How did this conversion equal this email and what fired that work? Like, whoever that person is that quite eloquently looks like they don't want to pull out their hair when you're, when they're answering your question, you might want to invest in that human. And this would be a course in which you could invest. The other side is we fully understand that there are super admins out there that have maybe zero business budget, but they just want to make themselves into the best human that they can be, the best hub hero, the best super admin. And so that's the second line is like, hey, if you're a super admin and you're hungry to make a real impact in your organization or a future organization, or the amount of job security dependent upon where you choose to go moving forward because you know that you've gone through this course to make you a better you no matter where you land, that's what we're looking at here. Like, who are you. This is the right place for you.
Yes. And that's like so much of this. Somebody caused you to be an accidental admin. Unlikely to be you.
Yeah.
Right. So it's very hard to get investment as long as that's your title. And we kind of joke about that title.
Yeah.
But it's really representative of the challenges. Right. If you're an accidental anything in the business, nothing's getting done unless you decide to do it. And there's nothing in your way.
Yeah, without a doubt. And by the way, Chris, you can scroll back up because you made a great mention earlier in a Slack channel that we're part of. It starts September 27th, by the way, we're already planning on when we're going to launch a next one. Dates will come out shortly after this starts. So if you're watching this and it's after September 27th and you're like, oh, God, don't worry, there'll be another version. But this is 10am Eastern standard. Also, the next one that I do next year, it probably might not be on a Friday, meaning it's most likely not going to be on a Friday. It's probably going to be on a Wednesday or Thursday because I've had people who are on the other side of the planet be like, bro, why is the training on a Saturday? And I'm like, oh, yeah, that's kind of dumb. Or like late Friday. Right. So we're going to look at when we launch the next one. Maybe there's going to be an alternation of times and days depending upon where you're at on the planet and when it would make sense for you to stay up or wake up to actually do this. Because this isn't just for the North American, South American, Canadian, whoever. It's not just for that segment of the world. This is like admins all over the planet could come and get value out of this.
One thing I've learned from HubSpot's ecosystem and sprocketeer is that we've got people all over the world.
Oh yeah, it's global, baby. Just this thing called HubSpot and inbound. It's global. It's amazing how that happened.
Yes. Like you said, we've talked about the mindsets again, like starting with like, who are you in the business?
Oh my gosh.
Just because that's where it's. It's easy. Like, all right, we're going to get serious about HubSpot now. Let me find a good super admin job description. Put it out there. Hire the person. All right, are you going to show up? Cool. You got the job. All right, we're ready to send out some emails. Can you do that for us? We're ready. Like, can you upload these leads from the last show? Right. That's not where we want to be, you know, as a super admin, so helping the organization define that is really paramount. Otherwise, you know, again, you're not going to avoid the accidental admin situation.
Yeah. Especially on this one. I don't know if I'll do this for all of them, but I want to whet the appetite for this session right here. So when we look at the agenda for that session, it's literally understanding the HubSpot super admin role. It's setting and managing expectations, it's identifying organizational needs, it's demonstrating immediate value. It's effective communication and collaboration, building a strategic roadmap, empowering teams through training and support and then continuous improvement and staying ahead. That's one week, ladies and gentlemen, of like, action packed rich information of like, ways to take the next steps, ways to actually be able to breathe, ways to understand the sphere of influence and action that you're standing or sitting right in the middle of in your organization.
Yeah, this matters so much. Like several people I've heard from this year, it's like they feel like they're providing value. They feel like the things that they're doing every day. But there is anx provide value there. There's anxiety related to am I actually providing value? Do the people around me feel like I'm providing value? And that anxiety manifests in lots of different ways that usually don't end up good for anyone.
Yeah.
So this is so important to just manage out of the gate and it's probably like, you know, teaching skills like, you know, managing up, communicating effectively, really creating accountability around yourself. It just can't overstate the importance of that.
Yeah, without a doubt. But you can't overstate it. Where my brain goes is, but how many people feel like that's fiction? How many people dream and wish that what we're talking about right now is their reality. And this is our small step to take to try to actually get them to the point where, wow. I once had a disbelief, but now I believe again, I have to share this because. And it's an inbound story, Chris. So I said, are you sure? When you said the last time we'll mention inbound, I was with Jorge, who is part of my team at Psychic Strategies. And I said, dude, now that you've been to inbound, what's the next thing that you dream about? And Chris, he said to me these words which I transport, like to the super admin. And what I just said, he said, well, because I've been at inbound, I have the belief that I can dream. Dude, I got goosebumps. I was like, let's go. But I would love to be the guy who brought to the planet a training where somebody would say, because I had this 90 minutes, because I was part of this conversation on defining my role and organizational value, I now can dream and believe where I'm at and where we can go versus feeling like the order taker or feeling like you're stuck in this like madhouse of mayhem.
Anyway, yeah, first of all, love to hear it. Love Jorge. It was great to meet him last week. Look forward to doing some stuff with him soon. But that's like the, the interesting bittersweetness that I've experienced related to HubSpot. Right. It's like you, it sounds so great. Like the whole methodology, like makes so much sense and then you try to bring it into an organization and it just, you run into these challenges and without the things that we just mentioned, the mindsets and like establishing your role. Where do we start? We start with module two. This is how you come and fix all our stuff.
Yeah. Which is a really piss poor starting line for, for, for most humans. And by the way, it's not natural either. Like the amount of people who have not either been in the ecosystem long enough or have not used multiple hubs enough to understand this like connecting the DOT or this begat that scenarios. And so this week that you're talking about right now, it literally we jump into troubleshooting techniques, ways to kind of resolve common HubSpot issues and super admins will kind of be shown and taught how to manage the technical problems, how to fix portal errors, how to almost ensure system consistency. That's what I'll call it. So it's not such a peaks and valleys, but it's more of like a hills and you know, dips scenario that you're living in. And really it's about maintaining what we'll call uptime. I don't mean like SaaS software uptime, but, but maintaining uptime and like this idea of a seamless experience for the internal users that you need this to feel like it's their lifeblood and as soon as they get confused. And so the whole premise around this one by the way, is I call them detectives. We lose super admin title for A second. And we become detectives because we become great at sleuthing inside of HubSpot. Why didn't the workflow trigger? Why didn't the property populate anyway?
Yeah. And then prevent it from happening again? Like yeah, this. And this is why. Like just this, this word super admin, like systems admins. This whole world of it, which is like for leaders in organizations that aren't familiar with HubSpot, they're thinking Salesforce, they're thinking other business systems. Especially once we start talking about customer platform, right? No longer a marketing tool. We want this to be the foundation that the business is built on. Almost everything before HubSpot has been, that's been, it's jam, right. Or there's a systems admin but they own it a little bit differently. Right. They're in charge of making sure it's working like period, it's on uptime like you say is not far off. They don't make sure it's working for the users. That's, that's the huge difference. And what we know from HubSpot and this is why it's such a challenge right now. Like we know we don't want the world of Salesforce super admins, that's a different thing. Right? But we know we need somebody that owns the system on behalf of the users, right? So these two together, like we still need somebody we can go to and know that they're going to solve the problem, right? Or they're going to get it solved maybe not themselves. And understanding how that helps the organization, like these two modules are two sides of the same coin. And now we can start, you know, building from there.
Without a doubt. It's interesting because my brain goes kind of this interesting and I just dealt with this earlier today, which I was like, how is this the world that we now live in? But you said they can fix it and maybe not by themselves, but maybe with some assistance. I was doing a training earlier today and I was like, oh yeah, this is definitely something that you should hit up HubSpot support on. They were like, oh, we can do that. Like I'm like oh wow, okay. Took me back to be honest with you. But then my brain went in this direction of like, well where's the matrix that says when to hit up support, when not to hit up support, when to hit up community, when not to hit up community, when does it fall outside of both of those areas? Because you need it to be like the 12 foot level of the, you know, 15 foot pool that somebody's dove into. And so just this idea of a matrix of if I can't fix it myself, how can I find help to fix. Well, this is another thing that I love about this because if you've gone through the super admin bootcamp, you realize one of the biggest beauties is you're going to have access to other super admins that are going through somewhat similar stuff or have fixed similar things. And so when we did our own training, we literally was like, here's a portal. Here's a portal where your recordings for your trainings will live. Here's a portal. Will the other people who have been going through the super admin journey are going to be as well. Here's a way that you can communicate with other humans that are like minded and have the same ish that they're dealing with on a daily basis. Have fun. In other words, yes, we'll give the initial training, but you should be communicating and networking with these other people that have deemed this to be an important part of changing them themselves or changing the organization.
Yeah, man, both of those things. Changing themselves, changing the organization. Can we get philosophical for a second?
Yeah, yeah. Without, you know me, I love going there.
I mean first of all, like definitely come and check out this. We're not going to go through all the rest of the courses. You can see.
You should at least hit, you should at least hit the C suite stakeholder communications just to tease them.
Communication in general.
Oh my.
Any kind of, any kind of training on that, please.
The day that I started making more money was the day that I started to understand how to communicate in a better way. That's a whole bunch of like yes ands and simplify the complex and I can throw you reading the room, speaking their language, understanding your audience. Right. And so like in this week it is about effective communication with yes, the C suite or senior leadership and other employees, AKA stakeholders. I hate that word, but whatever. But like an effective communication and how critical it is. And so how do you communicate data? How do you communicate insights? How do you communicate strategies? More importantly, how do you communicate those things in a way that they resonate with the decision makers and the people that you need to get the buy in so that you can move forward to the business impact that all of the work will actually. And then like in their HubSpot related initiatives. If there was only one thing I could probably teach on the planet for the rest of my life, it I would maybe leave HubSpot education to do communication education because it's that important and so literally it had to be part of this whole thing. Because if we enable you to be a better communicator on the things that are happening to and from you, fundamentally, we're gonna make your life as a super admin way easier.
Yes, Ish. Easier and better. Yeah. Yes. And that's the thing. Like, I've never positioned it like this, but as we're talking, like, you know, what have we had access to? And it was your super admin experience that kind of triggered this. Like, it's not hard to find other people that are going through the same challenges. And when I think about where I was that important.
And so literally, it had to be part of this whole thing. Because if we enable you to be a better communicator on the things that are happening to and from you, fundamentally, we're going to make your life as a super admin way easier.
Yes, Ish. Easier and better and better. And that's internally. I'm the marketing guy bringing in HubSpot because I need to do some marketing stuff. Please. Everybody else, you know, please take a look. It would be cool if. But it's. If you got to do your job, I get it. You know, whatever. And now we're here with super admins as well. Right. Like, hey, I'm super important to the organization, but nobody knows what I do, and I don't have any jurisdiction over any of the teams that need to be using the system. So we make light of things like accidental admin. And it's almost like. And that's the thing, like, I've never positioned it like this, but as we're. We've created unintentionally, this just a community that is really good at coping. Yeah, but not necessarily getting better. Bro, you ain't talking like, you know, what have we had access to? And it was your super admin experience that kind of triggered this. Like, it's not hard to find other people that are going through the same challenges. And when I think about where I was again. Right.
You are not lying right now. When. When we look at. If we were to, like, open the curtain and look in a ton of organizations, the amount of coping that is happening instead of killing it or creating. Listen. And again, this is not why we're here. But, Chris, you and I both sit and have conversations about the superhuman framework, and it is on the back of the. In most organizations, if you look, they're losing billions of dollars due to.
Internally, I'm the marketing guy bringing in HubSpot because I need to do some marketing Stuff. Please. Everybody else, you know, please take a look. It would be cool if. But it's. If you got to do a job, I get it. You know, whatever. And now we're here with super admins as well. Right. Like, hey, I'm super important to the organization.
Toxic environments, bad cultures, not leveraging teams, not understanding how to communicate properly. When you open that curtain, you better be prepared for what you're going to see because it ain't pretty.
If we're really about growing better, like, we need to get better at getting better. And yes, it feels good to have revelations on these calls with you. But that's where we're at. Right. Like. And that's where this course. Like, I cannot. But nobody knows what I do and I don't have any jurisdiction over any of the teams that need to be used. Underestimate that the value of this course because it is teaching the system. Yeah. So we make light of things like accidental admin and it's almost like we've created unintentionally this just a community that is really good at coping.
Yeah.
But not necessarily getting better. Bro. You ain't liking these foundational things. And I'll be honest. I told George yesterday, I was like, it won't be hard to take the word HubSpot out of this. Oh, just help a bunch of people like be better at work.
Yeah. By the way, because we're like live and recording this. When Chris said that, I didn't flinch. My immediate thing was like, absolutely could. So I go on record. Will I ever. Doubtful. Because of the love for the HubSpot community. For the love of HubSpot. For the amount that my life has changed being in this.
Right.
You are not lying right now. When. When we look at. If we were to like open the curtain and look in a ton of organizations, the amount of coping that is happening instead of killing it or creating listen. And again, this is not why we're here. But Chris, you and I both ecosystem using this SAS software, being able to train on it. I will always add a tinge or tint or whatever you want to call it of HubSpot spot specific training for the foreseeable future. Especially when it comes to something like this. Because what I'm not trying to really do, I don't feel like it's my mission. I don't feel like it's my calling to help accidental Salesforce admins. Like, I'm. I just.
Those don't exist.
I'm not Accidental par dot.
We've got like 15 trailhead certifications. Those guys are good.
Yeah.
They paid a bunch for it. It's real deal. We get it. Right.
Yeah.
This is not that. That world.
I wasn't put on the planet for that. But sit and have conversations about the superhuman framework. And it is on the back of the. In most organizations, if you look, they're losing billions of dollars due to toxic environments, bad cultures, not leveraging teams, not understanding how to communicate properly. When you open that curtain. You bet. HubSpot super admin training. Hey, maybe that's why I'm on the planet. That and a few other things. But I'm willing to be on the planet for that.
Yeah. And I'm excited to see, you know, how it goes, what kind of feedback you get. This is not an easy challenge to solve, but it's a. It's an imperative challenge to solve because this is, I think, what's in the way of, you know, organizations really getting the most value of HubSpot.
Better be prepared for what you're gonna see, because it ain't pretty.
If we're really about growing better, like, we need to get better at getting better and people feeling good, you know, about what they do every day and know that they actually are growing better and they're helping their organizations grow better. And if you were at inbound, yes, it feels good to have revelations on these calls or you took. If you want to get to easy, fast, unified. Any of the catchphrases you heard, like, you gotta take a minute, set a great foundation for yourself. And this course is gonna help you do that. But that's where we're at. Right? Like, and that's where this course. Like, I cannot.
That's the thing. Like a foundation for yourself and Chris, the thing that I fully understand because again, you mentioned it and I understand it. This is not an easy fix. Like, these are not easy conversations. If I can even in this version, get 50% there, 60% there. The thing that excites me the most is I'm a human that lives by this 1% better each and every day. You know, growth.
Underestimate that the value of this course because it is teaching these foundational things. And. And I'll be honest, I told George yesterday, I was like, it mindset philosophy.
So version 3 of this, version 4 of this, version 19.
Won't be hard to take the word HubSpot out of this. Oh, just help a bunch of people.
Like teen of this. Like, if we can inch closer and closer and closer to being the most valuable educators and communicators around things like role and organizational value.
Better at work.
Yeah. By the way because we're like live and record you C suite communication, adoption and governance, data hygiene, organization. If we could just inch our way to being the best and understand that the best at these 10 things over a 10 week period at 90 minutes a week and the amount of organizations because of impacting those humans and the amount of doubting this when Chris said that I didn't flinch. My immediate thing was like absolutely could. So I go on record will I ever doubtful because of the lures that those organizations. Because you know Chris, it's all about the ripples. Right? Like super love for the HubSpot community, for the love of HubSpot for admin training and the amount of potential ripples in the business community based on just helping accidental or hired super admins. The amount that my life has changed being in this. I'm good.
Gonna have an impact. Gonna have some ripples for sure.
That's it.
Some shockwaves probably.
There you go. Drop big boulders baby.
Yeah. And so I'm excited to see this come out. If anybody has questions, it's the best way to get in touch with you.

I don't feel like it's my qualifications. You go take first or the boot camp that you should go be part of first. But if it is a good fit, you'll immediately be like where's the payment link?
