Per usual two updates yesterday, we can almost guarantee close to 10 the next day. We've got nine. How are we doing today?
Doing well. I drove down to my parents this morning. It is shaving cream day at club at Camp Graham today, which I make an appearance for every year.
I don't know what that means. I'm lightly afraid of what might happen on said day. So because I'm not in that city and where I'm at, I'm doing great. How about you?
I'm doing good. Doing good. Jess had some fun. I mean, if you, if you're loving HubSpot right now and you have been wanting to try AI we just did some more show and tell with Content Remix with George and Nico right before this episode. You got to check it out. If you have not started using Content Remix and ED videos on unbelievable, unbelievable progress by that team. But we're gonna pay attention to some other teams at HubSpot through these updates, starting with Health Score Builder. What is it? Health Score is a new tool that gives HubSpot customers the ability to assign points to properties and activities across HubSpot and roll them up to a score on the company contact or custom object record.
Why does this matter? Customer success teams want to identify trends, opportunities and problems within their customer base. They have a lot of information about how their customers are engaging with their company, but they don't feel like they can use it effectively. CS teams need help aggregating and evaluating data points about individual companies in an automated way so that they can identify who is Getting a lot of value and who is a potential churn risk. We did a roundtable yesterday that George was on around lead scoring, specifically with the sunset of the scoring properties. This health score is kind of the service sides response or replacement. Replacement is probably better for the sunset of the scoring properties. So marketing's replacement is lead scoring, so services replacement is health score. And there are a lot of other hubs that you may notice. I'm not mentioning, but those are the two replacements.
Yeah. Imagine a world. Imagine a world where this is the focus of all scores. Who is getting a lot of value. Should we even be separating lead scores and health scores at the end of the day?
Yeah, no comment. I get happy and pissed off at the same time with this update. Can I just be completely honest? I'm sorry HubSpot, but like I'm like, okay, so every marketer under the sun should actually be paying attention to this and the fact that it's in a hub and directed towards customer success. You mean that? You mean. You mean. You mean marketers shouldn't care if their customers are successful?
Yeah. So spoiler alert. Value for scoring coming to a portal near you so you don't have to differentiate. And imagine tracking the health of any relationship that you might care about for your business. Either way. Really excited to see movement on the scoring front.
Here's the thing I'll say too though like to this, Sorry, you might want to hit that knowledge article that's down below because like me as a HubSpot user and we're talking about that this is lead scoring. Like I go, oh, marketing navigation lead scoring. Like if you go into service, you're not actually going to see like a health score in the main nav. So you as a user will want to go to this knowledge base because you'll see that it's actually like you go to the settings and then you go to a thing and that's where you can create like that versus thinking it's a tool that you go to kind of.
It's treated really different than the lead score tool in a way that does. I agree. It like surprised me. I had, I had started using the lead scoring tool before the health score tool and I had basically that exact experience, George, where I was like, where?
Yeah, so that's. I wanted. I just.
And I was looking for it.
Yeah, people don't get hung up on like, well great, where is it? I do have Pro or Enterprise. It's in your settings. That's where you go find it. Use the knowledge article to get there quicker.
Yes. And I haven't been there yet. But if it's like the rest of the customer success workspace, where they're not building in silos, they're building everything together, whether it's in settings or it's, you know, in the workspace itself, all of the design feels like it's meant to work together. Right. And if we're doing scores well, that should be. Should be a part of the process. I think so. Good. Call out number two customize HubSpot marketing emails with Most Viewed Shopify Products what is it? The Shopify app now offers the ability to pull in the most viewed products from your Shopify store into your HubSpot marketing emails. This new option allows you to easily identify and showcase the most popular products viewed by your customers so you can boost your e Commerce sales.
This matters because previously when customizing marketing emails in HubSpot, you couldn't automatically pull in your most viewed products from your Shopify store, which limited your email marketing campaigns. Now you can personalize your HubSpot marketing email based on the most viewed products.
