Happy Monday.
Happy Monday. We made it to another week. We wrapped up last week all together and now that was the last thing I did on Friday and here, first thing on Monday.
There we go. What did we do HubSpot, what did.
We do on Friday, George?
Gee, I feel like we might have. Let me think if I can remember, maybe we did a call in show where we actually answered some questions of people who left voicemails on the HubSpot helpline or whatever. We're. Whatever. Chris did we figure out what we're calling the show yet?
Yep, that's what we're gonna call it.
There we go.
The more I put it out there, I feel like I had to put a disclaimer in some spots just to make sure there's no confusion.
Yep. But yeah, unofficial HubSpot helpline.
Yeah, we had some fun also with Rob Jones and Kyle Jepsen helping people with HubSpot in a new, new way. Why isn't that. Why hasn't anything like that happened before? George, call in. Is that just not B2B like enough?
Well, I mean, do you want my honest answer or like always, so. So here's the thing. One, you have to be a certain type of individual to fly by the seat of your pants and understand that you have probably almost zero clue until like seconds or minutes before you have to answer the thing. So one, you have to be really good at the thing that you're talking about. Two, you never know what's going to happen. So you got to be able to roll with the punches and Get a little dynamic and have a little fun with it. 3. Chris Carolyn wasn't on the planet and wasn't the age he is to have the idea to create something crazy like this. But I think the stars aligned. Right. And. And. And we're always pushing the boundary. That's one thing I love doing. That's one thing you love doing. Obviously, the folks who are joining us on the show do as well, but we love pushing the. The boundaries of what we mean when we say content. And so this is definitely us pushing the boundaries of what content could be. Also the technical aspects of it. I'll just throw that out there. Like, we're. We're trying to figure out how we can make it less voicemail, mail, really, truly call in. And we've got some ideas. So definitely, if you're listening to this podcast or watching this on LinkedIn, make sure you join us next Friday. Well, this Friday, actually. Geez. Out at 3pm Eastern. Or as Chris likes to say, 2pm Central.
Weird.
I know. That's just weird. What do you do? Anyway, it's not weird for him. It's weird for us. But be there because you could ask your questions, and we are gonna do our darndest to make it fun to learn about HubSpot and also maybe help you quit spinning your wheels.
Yes. Yeah, I just like being the guy that hits the button, creates the space. You know, I think everybody on the show and one Brian Garvey had this idea for, like, a call in. Right. And it's fun to be able to just create the space for. For things that we all feel should work.
Yep.
Enabling them to work. And, you know, Casey, it probably feels good when you have people like George B. Thomas and Kyle Jepsen call you a genius and talk about your elegant solutions. Yeah. You had some fun.
Yeah.
It was a moment in time.
Yeah.
Those moments. Right. You got to. Hey, listen, when I. One thing that I feel is true is that I have always been the guy who just says what's on my mind. Like, sometimes that gets me in trouble. Sometimes that leads me to magical places. But it wasn't like we rehearsed the show. And so when you started to show the thing that you were showing based on the thing we were trying to solve, and you're like, well, this is. Here's my janky idea. Like, I was like, screw that. Like, this is a moment of genius. Like, we need to let that human. Of course that's you, Casey. Know that. It's not janky. It's genius. And so yeah, sometimes I need to probably learn to be quiet, but that was not that I needed to learn to be quiet.
Yeah, that was not one of those times. And if you missed it, it's available on the, on the profoundly page between 20 and 30 minutes or so. You get to see a sweet association label and workflows use case that Casey put together.
Let me just sync property too that.
Like all of the things.
Oh yeah, yeah.
And then trying to explain at dinner that night to my husband why I was excited.
Family never gets it.
He's a good listener. He's a good listener.
So George B. Thomas and Kyle Jepsen.
And, and you know, I hate it when they're like, oh that's, that's nice. Good job babe. And you're like, no, you don't, you don't know.
Oh man. We will get into our, our long list of updates today. We've got two on the board. A brand new one Copilot Social Quick Replies Mobile.
Huh?
What is it? AI Quick Replies. Oh is a solution designed to help marketers respond to social media interactions more quickly and intelligently. This feature offers user suggested replies based on the context of the post and the accompanying comments, allowing marketers to engage in a timely manner from both desktop and mobile devices while using the social reply feature. Let's take a closer look.
Let's do.
This matters because social media engagement is essential for building relationships with your audience and enhancing your brand presence. With AI Quick Replies you can more efficiently address questions, comments and concerns, strengthening your social media presence and improving your overall marketing effectiveness.
One thing to call out here. You do have to update to the latest version of the HubSpot app for iOS or Android. Yeah, and also you have to have marketing enterprise Marketing plus Enterprise will have access to this feature. You should know. Wow.
Yeah, that is interesting. I was not prepared for that, George.
Well, that's why I decided to go ahead and read a little further down because you marketing pros that are used to having almost everything.
Not this, not the closer look I was looking for, but how does it work? Mobile users can access this feature through the social reply menu. When the interaction card is clicked, the user should click on the copilot icon to view quick replies. Users have the option to regenerate the provided different answer, dismiss it, or insert it into their response. Once an answer is inserted, it can be edited to add final personalized touches and make adjustments as needed.
I mean let's, let's, let's, let's do that part. Please, please do that.
You know on Facebook when it will suggest you wish someone happy birthday. So my brother's name's Ben, but his Facebook has a different name on it. And it's funny because you can always see who actually wrote Happy birthday to him versus who used like the Facebook generic one. Yeah. And I always like chuckle to myself like looking through and being like, okay.
Either way, Ben, I don't know when your birthday is, but happy birthday. There you go. I won't wish it to you on Facebook. Here's the thing we have to say humanize on social is mind blowing. Here's the other thing I gotta spit out here is usually when I think about enterprise sales, enterprise marketing, enterprise, any of the enterprises, I usually think that features that are deeper in reporting or drive more revenue. This update must be the shit. Like, holy mackerel. Like a mobile social update and it's Enterprise. You might want to upgrade. You might just start making money just using this. I'm kidding. But dang, who made this decision? By the way, I love you, HubSpot. Don't get me wrong. I'm just saying my mind is absolutely exploding with the fact that that is Enterprise or Enterprise plus. Can somebody from HubSpot just throw a couple lines in my inbox and tell me why that was the. I know I'll never. Nobody's gonna email me, Chris.
Yeah.
I'll say. Sometimes they use these gates to like slow roll, slow roll the feature.
And.
Hopefully this is one of those times because we also don't want every single HubSpot customer smashing that AI generated comment button without doing any edits. But yes, yes, Deanna, even the USS.
Enterprise fell in love a little bit more with Deanna. I'm just saying. Come on. Good. Star Trek term on a Monday morning is beautiful.
It's gonna be a good week. Unless you're not used to the Hubble function limit enforcement marketing emails.
That's a great segue, brother. That was. You did it right there.
What is it? Starting May 28th.
I can't wait for you to read all of this.
We will begin to enforce the CMS Hubble limits for all customers using the functions listed below in their marketing emails in accordance with our software products, packaging and limits. And there's a link to go see what those are. Go check out the legal page, the product and services catalog. Challenge accepted. George for these functions.
