If you're joining live, drop a hello in the comments and let us know what you're building in HubSpot today. Happy Friday, August 8, 2025.
We made it.
We did.
Happy Friday. How you doing, Chris?
I'm doing good.
He flipped it. He beat him to it.
Yeah, I'm doing good. Some exciting things happening all around us right now.
Nice.
And it's grateful to be in a place where we can try and help others move over into this. This beautiful land of abundance. Um, had a great show with Nico a few minutes ago.
Nice.
Talking about all the exciting drops this week. It's literally like AI plus HubSpot. Yeah, like Christmas once a month at least. Like, and not just from like a couple places but like the whole industry like starts dropping stuff. It's like, okay, this is a new world.
I mean, listen. And Casey, I haven't forgot about you. I'm about to ask how you're doing too this morning on this fabulous Friday. But between the 11 night music drop and between GPT5 that came out, it's like, oh my God, what am I gonna do with my weekend? Nothing. Because I'll be in front of my computer. No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Casey, how the heck are you doing?
I am doing good. It's Friday. I feel like, I feel like we made it. But one of my kids has been in Taylor Swift dance camp all week. So I get to go to the big performance to today.
Nice.
About that.
Nice. So will there be some shaking it off?
I've been really, I've been really anxious about. Not anxious, but excited about what songs they'll be dancing to. I know welcome to New York is on the list, but I think there's at least one other song and I don't know it. I don't know which song it is.
Well, you'll know as soon as it's played. I bet you'd be like, oh, we.
Actually, we've actually been playing on the way to dance camp. We play this game where we start a Taylor Swift song and see how quickly I can name the song.
Oh, that's very cool. Speaking of Taylor Swift.
George is regretting asking me about my day now.
I love Heyday. Come on, let's go rock and roll all day.
Yeah, I thought we were about to move into a game of Name that tune.
There you go.
I guess what I'm saying. Yeah, I've been practicing.
Before we dive in though, folks, how happy are we with the product updates experience?
I would give it a green smiley face.
Yeah, for sure. Not gonna take the time to do.
This today, but 1500 characters worth.
Yeah.
I would like a little more visibility onto these impacts.
Yeah. Facts still happy. Like, remember when it wasn't like this, I didn't have this level of visibility.
You had zero. You didn't know. And, and as partners, you were complaining because it was in your client portals before it was in your port. There was no way to stay ahead of the game historically.
So I don't know if I knew that.
Oh, yeah, trust me, I live through the dark ages of HubSpot when it was like, and this new feature, you're at inbound and this new feature and people like. And they're like, hey, George, how do you use this feature? And you're like, just learned about it, just like you. Which sucked. Anyway, we're not there now.
We, we grow and we learn and we learn and we grow before we dive in. Now don't forget about HubSpot helpline happening later today live from the Profoundly page Live problem solving HubSpot expertise.
I'll be there today.
Yep. Give us a call and we'll. We'll help you out. At the very least, I call in and check out Rob's wonderful voicemail like only Rob Jones can. Well, the just officially announced this morning Value first data summit at the end of this month. Super excited for this one. If you haven't been paying attention to any of the content that I'm doing, I'll tell you now. Data, data, data. We need to get ready, folks.
Did you say data? Is that like Star Trek data or actually the data in your CRM?
It's starting to feel a little bit of both. But all this, all this juicy goodness that HubSpot is delivering to us can't go farther than the health of your data. So we're going to do our best to bring over 20 experts together on one day workshopping, not just talking at you or pitching products, trying to help with this problem in a unified way so that we can be ready for inbound the week after start to have fun. So going to be an exciting couple of months here, but back to the basics if we can call them that, I guess. Number one, HubSpot integration with Gemini for Google Workspace is in a private beta. What is it? Gemini for Google Workspace is an AI assistant that enhances Gmail, Google Meet and Editors, doc sheets and slides. HubSpot is partnering with Google to develop a new Gemini integration within Workspace focused on sales delivering Gemini powered capabilities to enable teams to be more productive and connect with HubSpot from within their workspace application. There is an opt in form that you need to submit and there's link to guidelines to get started and to share your feedback.
Yeah, this matters because with HubSpot and Gemini for Google Workspace integration you can now enable your sales team to be 10 times more productive by assessing and using HubSpot inside Gmail with the power of Google Gemini AI. This is another. We talked about this earlier this week.
When.
Humans say ten times more productive. Like.
Maybe we can measure the what 1x is first and then there's got.
To be a better way.
Lots of screenshots. Pretty sure this is the update to this one macro. Lots of screenshots. If you're curious, I got 99 screenshots.
No, I'm just kidding.
No, don't listen to George. HubSpot. We love the screenshots. Like get them all in here.
That's a knowledge base article too.
Way better than reading through all of it like we sometimes have to do so. We appreciate that. Number two, also private beta introducing a new testing experience for customer agent. What is it? We've launched a redesigned testing experience that makes it easier to test, improve and confidently deploy your customer agent. Testing experience will not consume credits.
This matters because before going live, you need to know your agent can deliver real value. The new testing experience helps you build trust by showing how the agent performs with your real customer questions, making it easier to improve its answers. This is. I. I don't know. I like this. I like this.
Yeah, good. Good George.
It's good. I'm. I'm having an internal battle.
Do we hear it?
Let's have it out externally.
This credits scare the crap out of anybody else but me.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like, like, I, I sit here and I want to do this. And I would have probably done this. Cat's out the bag. I have not done this yet because I'm like, I don't want to. And I know I could keep my eyes on it, but ladies and gentlemen, my life is fast paced. And so if all of a sudden I went over my credits and like it and then there was a cost and I didn't plan for the additional cost. Like, and so, like, I want to love this so much, but I'm just so. And I'm not usually fearful of things. False evidence appearing real. Totally different podcast. Anyway, go. Go check out beyond your default if you want that episode. It. I'll shut up.
I think you. I think a lot of people are in your boat. And for you, George B. Thomas, to say this I think is probably validating a lot of other people's feelings. I mean, I think it reminds me of marketing contacts when that first happened. I know that's different, but I remember being like very scared of marketing contacts and very much like, hold your. Hold, hold back. I actually still have a client that doesn't. It's still on a legacy subscription. Yeah.
That's amazing. Listen, I've had multiple clients where I've got emails where they're like, what's this? Because they did something and actually jetted over into the next level of marketing contacts. And I'm like, hey, that's like, listen, you did this thing and. And then when you hear. And they won't let me go back. No. And so like, anyway, not why we're here. This is not a complaint fest. HubSpot. I love you. I swear to God, I've built an entire life around you. So just chill for a second. But credits scare me.
I agree. I think they scare me too. And I too have not been really utilizing these. And part of it is the credit systems now that we have in many portals. You have some like free credits that are being given.
I think I have like 3,000 of those bad boys and guess.
And I'm even scared to use those because I'm like, oh, now they're still.
Sitting on the shelf. Yeah, I'm just like, let's. Let's hold those off for a rainy day. Maybe I'll have scotches and turn my customer agent on. Who knows?
Like, yeah, I gave it till that. Till after inbound. Oh, God.
See, probably. You're probably right.
Yeah. No, I think there's two things. Like, there's Uncertainty of all of it. Right. It's a new layer of governance and understanding that we've never really had anything like it before. Inside of HubSpot. It was pretty easy before. Like, if you didn't believe in, like, intent data and buying data, like, all right, intelligence. You get to stay over there. I don't need to touch you. I'm never going to have to worry about this now. It's like the opposite, where it's like, okay, this thing could be really valuable. And it's sounding like a bunch of people are having success with it.
Yeah.
But not only is there uncertainty in it and the platform, it's like, okay, but we know us, our ability to go all in. Like, if we start spending credits. And it's like the best thing since sliced bread.
Oh, man.
They're not scaling back on the. On the other cost of the platform yet.
Yeah, right.
So.
And I gotta be honest with you, I cannot imagine the conversation with my cfo. By the way, my wife, boy, she'd be a credit thing.
Yeah, we've all seen those Google Ads, budgets. It's like, easy to turn that faucet on. Pretty hard to turn it off sometimes.
Yeah, yeah, without a doubt.
I also though.
Oh, go ahead.
Now we can just move on.
Number three. Conversation powered. Deal risks and buyer goals.
Already sent this. Already sent this to a client.
Oh, wow.
I haven't even read it. I just read the title and I.
Was like, conversation powered. Yeah, what is it? Deal insights. Now pull from your conversations. HubSpot's deal risks and buyer goals now include call.
Oh my gosh.
As a data source on top of emails and notes. This means AI generated risks and buyer goals can reflect the full scope of buyer seller conversations, including what said live. During phone and video calls, every conversation holds valuable signals about deal health. Until now, deal risks and buyer goals didn't include phone or video call content, despite that data being among the richest sources of buyer signals. Facts with transcript analysis now live, identify risks earlier and with greater confidence. Coach more effectively and forecast more accurately. See fewer false alarms and more actionable signals.
Why? Why does this matter? Every conversation holds valuable signals about deal health. But until now, deal risks and buyer goals didn't include phone or video call content, despite that data being among the richest sources of content. With transcript analysis now live, sales reps can identify risks earlier with greater confidence. Sales managers can coach more effectively and forecast more accurately. Customers see fewer irrelevant risks and more actionable ones.
So, anyway, hit the beta button. Can I just say one thing about this first of all, actually, I'm gonna say more than one thing, just so everybody knows. One, I love this. Two, I wish we could get away from always talking about it from a sales perspective. And I know that it says deal risks and buyer goals, but as somebody who has trained people on HubSpot since 2013 and knowing that all my calls, Zoom, Google, meet, whatever I choose to use, if I get them in HubSpot, there's going to be intelligence and insights in these transcripts. And like, give me some use cases of like educators in the space and how they would use it. Or like if you're an education company using HubSpot and you have calls with that you're like teaching people about the thing. Like imagine if you're, let's say like, give me a good example, like story brand Donald Miller. Let's say you're Donald Miller's team and you're using HubSpot and you actually have all of your humans that you're teaching in HubSpot and all of your calls are like zoom and the transcript. You can't tell me that there isn't ways that you'd be able to pull out information on a how to train them better or what additional resources they might need based on things that they said. Because you could go back and be like, oh, they said this. Which means they really don't understand that. Which means we need to deliver these three articles in these two videos so that they really can ramp up to the. Oh my God. Anyway, like I hope people realize how big this is just from like outside of the thing that we just said that it's amazing.
Yeah. This is that world where we move away from 30 of time spent selling. Yeah, right. Like we're gonna, we can get to 100 with stuff like this. Because all this stuff, what they actually mean is that the person talking to the other person is the one with all the insights in their head. Yeah. We can't get them to use the system because they want to be selling more than 30% of the time so they don't come into the system to give us that information. Great conversation with Oaks yesterday about this very topic and how the progression from unstructured data to structured data and when you can bring that into your CRM, we're going to see unbelievable things. To George's point. HubSpot, if you need help with that messaging. I already enjoy this part and I'm sure Joy does, George does too. Where we're not AI powered, we're conversation powered. Just change deal to relationship and Buyer to human and now we cover all the all the bases. Yes, that's how easy it is but baby steps will take conversation powered right out of the gate. So good. Unbelievably good that Update number four Use custom and buyer to human and now we cover all the bases. Yes, that's how easy it is. But baby steps will take conversation powered like right out of the gate. So good. Like unbelievably good that Update number four Use custom drag and drop email templates in Remix what is it? You can now select any of your drag and drop email templates when creating content in Content Remix without having to make any changes to your templates code.
This matters because previously using custom email templates was not available in the Content Remix as our default templates were the only ones available. Now any email template you have created using the drag and drop template editor is available to select in Content Remix. Legacy Design Manager templates are not supported at this time.
Progress, progress, progress. Get into that drag and drop tool if you haven't been in there yet. Number five, Add associations to Deals table in Sales Workspace.
Nice.
And this one is live.
Nice.
What is it? You can now add columns for several types of associations in the Sales workspace Deals table. Get insight into the associations tied to your deals at a glance, including everything you've been doing on the CRM index screen, which is adding these associations. Quotes, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, emails, meetings, notes, invoices and products.
Yeah.
How does it work? In the Sales workspace Deals tab, click the Edit column button in the top right right hand corner of the deals table. Scroll down to Deal activity to find associations you want to add. Or you can probably search before you scroll.
Yeah, search before scroll, ladies and gentlemen. Hey listen, I just did a training this morning by the way. I'm gonna throw this out there because it's what, 8:57? We, you know we started 8:30. Yes, I did a training before this. This is not normal, but I have this month where I'm doing like a 7:30am with a sales team for like 45 minutes. Today we actually trained on the sales workspace. Ladies and gentlemen, if you haven't been in the sales workspace in a while, you need to go and check out the sales workspace because it is clean and it is efficient and, and the ability to just show how you go from like lead to deal and your tasks are there and your calendar is there and you're like. It is just such a, a rich experience of being able to click and see information like I'M just, I'm telling you, if you're on the fence or didn't know about the whole lead to deal flow and the whole sales workspace thing, take some time next week, take some time this weekend, dive into it, because it is, it is getting really good. And this makes it even better.
Yeah. Like, if you feel yourself trying to, like, make sense of all of these updates and the speed that we're moving and what HubSpot's gonna look like in the future, they're already showing you that in all of the workspaces on the homepage. Just go, get out of your index page, get out of your list screen, get out of your record views. Like, go over and check them out at least and tell us you're not thankful for that level of context in one place. One thing I do want to note here is there has been no changes to the ways that products work. So this association is based on the line items, deals and orders. I believe so.
Watch this, Watch this.
Casey.
Chris. That's because line items are products. Products.
All right? So if you want to test what Georgia said, try to associate a product to somebody that has not bought that product yet.
I'm just, I'm just making. I was hoping I'd get a, A little bit more out of Chris, but it's all good.
He's. He's ready.
He knew where I was going.
The energy's too good. Oh, yeah, I knew exactly where you're going. Number six HubSpot connector for chat GPT.
Yeah.
Not bought that product yet. Just.
I'm just making. I was hoping I'd get a, A little bit more out of Chris, but it's all good.
He's. He's ready.
He knew where I was going.
The energy's too good. Oh, yeah, I knew exactly where you're going. Number six HubSpot connector for chat GPT is live. What is it? We've expanded HubSpot's connector for chat GPT. Now it's just as good at answering quick, everyday questions as it is at deep research and analysis. We rolled it out first to help with deep research, giving you PhD level insights from your HubSpot context. Right in chat GPT. Now we've expanded the search function. What is it? The HubSpot connector for Chat GPT helps you get actionable insights grounded in your CRM data. For inspiration and example prompts, please visit the prompt library.
Wow, wow, wow, wow. Oh, you're muted, but you're. You're killing it. Like, thank you.
I really was. I really was killing it.
I was like, she is. She's nailing this.
I did. Now I'm going to stumble over the entire. I could only do it right once.
I don't believe that you're a professional.
Well, I did in the time that. All right, I'm good. While unmuting myself, I also clicked the back button in the whole Franic thing, but I'm back to the right. This matters because with our unified customer platform, you can access your HubSpot context directly within the AI tools of your choice. With over 75% of HubSpot customers already using ChatGPT, this update brings your HubSpot context to the chat for quick one off searches to accelerate your daily productivity. For more complex needs, turn on Deep Research to analyze trends across multiple sources with detailed cited reports.
George, I'm curious. Why do you think this one is showing up again today? Because it's been live for a couple weeks now.
Well, it might be because of the GPT5 release and they want to get people to realize what it can now do with the new model or the way that the new model even uses existing models and auto any. There's a. There's a bunch there. What's been real interesting for me with this one is like anytime I use the word HubSpot and now turns like a teal color, like it's a link because it knows that it maybe should be looking at the thing that is actually now connected to it. So you kind of got to watch, like when you're giving instructions, if you're trying to write an article versus actually research the thing. But I love that it's connected. Holy. What did we just go to? My God, Chris, please do not do that without warning. Holy mackerel.
Yeah, that's how committed I am, folks. That's the background on my PC that looks stressful.
My background is like, oh, nature scene.
Yeah, yeah. I've got a pond and mountains and some trees.
Yeah.
Like when all the browsers go like Chris is like, here's the map of the Life.
That's what I'm here to help with, folks. Including. I'm so happy they started using the phrase HubSpot context here.
Yes.
Because no matter how awesome GPT5 is and whatever drop comes in the Future, if your HubSpot contact sucks, GPT5 cannot solve that for you.
I mean, listen, just wait until like we had an update earlier today that was about calls and transcripts and all that. Wait till that's available via the connector. And now you can ask GPT 56723 about like specific contact and company and associated calls of XYZ abc. Like that's. I believe that's where we're headed in the future. Like yeah, just the, the analysis and questions and like customer sentiment becomes like easy if it has all the calls.
Yeah, I, I agree because I actually have a client I've been working on deal scoring with and we were integrating GONG and using some of gong's like sentiment in the scoring. However, when we were like manually checking some of the sentiment like it was weird and flagging things that weren't actually concerning conversations. So I'm excited to see how this gets better. Is my. Yeah, and that's the client I sent that conversation risk to because I was like we're not getting good data from gong. We can at least try hubspots gong. And we were integrating GONG and using some of gong's like sentiment in the scoring.
Gong. Yep. And if you're worried about like so governance is important here, right? But if you're worried that you gotta create like a new.
However when we were like manually checking some of the sentiment like it was weird and flagging things that weren't actually concerning conversations. So I'm excited to see how this.
Gets better is system and properties and stuff to like bring it in in a meaningful way. Like it's data capture at all costs right now. So just bring the call transcripts in, get your context into HubSpot and as long as it's there, these tools and collaborating with AI can help you in ways that that.
And that's the client. I sent that conversation risk too because I was like we're not getting good data from gong. We can at least try hubspots.
And if you're worried about like you've not been able to be helped before, it's really powerful stuff. Sentiment stuff like being able to governance is important here. Right. But if you're worried that you gotta create like a new decide scores based on actual like conversational things that have actually happened in calls and not Everybody's perception of what's happening getting so powerful. Meanwhile, we still system and properties and stuff to bring it in in a meaningful way. We'll need to manage Knowledge Base articles and we've got some updates there in our last update today. What is it? Version history. Users will now be able to view and restore previous versions of a Knowledge Base article. We couldn't do that before. Okay, we can now. Scheduled publishing. You can edit an individual Knowledge Base article and manually schedule updates to go live on a specific date and time.
Nice.
You can also schedule when you'd like to unpublish a Knowledge Base article. Users can schedule these updates quickly from the article Management Dashboard.
All right, all right, all right, hang on. Casey, go ahead. This feels very much to me like internal HubSpot. Yo, Jimmy, we need to be able to do some stuff because I've got 37 sunsets coming after inbound. Can I schedule those to automatically turn off?
Because like it's data capture at all costs right now. So just bring the call transcripts in, like get your context into HubSpot and.
As long as it's there, because otherwise.
Yeah, but I thought the exact same thing. This very much looks like something HubSpot was like, hey, we would like to be able to do this.
Yeah, somebody's in a back closet screaming because they can't. What do you mean? I can't go back one version? Like, yeah, yeah, without a doubt.
So for you, watcher of this video, why this matters, Everything that George just said.
Basically, yeah.
Sorry, I'll shut up.
No, you're. I. Do you want me to read? All right.
We need it. We need to. I need it. Weird.
Casey, train my clone. Say it.
Yes, George's clone. This update matters because version history allows you to track and manage changes made to your Knowledge Base articles easily, just like you can with other content types. You can now schedule the publication and unpublication of Knowledge Base articles directly from the Knowledge Base Article dashboard. You'll have the flexibility to time your content releases strategically ensuring your knowledge base is always current and aligned with your marketing campaigns and goals. Whether you're planning a product launch or want to keep your content fresh, scheduling capabilities, streamline your workflow and enhance your content management.
Okay, hit the effing breaks, ladies and gentlemen. This is knowledge based article management. And there's a little bit of a tidbit that you need to pay attention to and aligned with your marketing campaigns and goals. That's it.
That's.
That's all I have to say.
Yeah, it's like, oh, we got a new product coming out. Oh yeah, we need some knowledge base articles, I guess. Oh, that's right. We have a nice beautiful user manual right over here that a bunch of people put a bunch of effort into. It'll make it easy to create knowledge base articles.
Oh wait, you mean our knowledge articles can actually be found in SEO? You mean our knowledge articles can actually show up in AI? Oh my gosh.
Some of the quickest wins I've ever seen.
Yep.
Have come from knowledge base articles. Right. Like, oh, get on it folks. And you've got the content already, I guarantee it. You just need to put it over in this beautiful new tool. And that's it for today. Again, we will be live at 3pm Eastern and 2pm Central over on the Profoundly page with the HubSpot helpline. I'm continuing the revenue Architecture Value for series with Pedro Miclasso right after this. Doing some road to inbound today, getting my agenda ready for next week. I'm not a vip, so I haven't been able to sign up for anything yet. But next week, sorry that I can get into George's sessions within the first five minutes of opening. Like literally. See, they know that happens every year so he's already got an encore. Like yeah, before it fills up already.
And already happened speaking twice on the same subject.
There we go. We'll let Michelle help us take out here. We are very fired up and excitable today. Thank you for joining us as always. Remember folks, you probably already own the solution you're looking for in HubSpot and let's call it the sales workspace today. Pretty awesome things happening there. Sometimes you just need to wake up to it. Join us Monday morning live at 7:30am Central or catch us anytime on Spotify and Apple Music. Drop your biggest takeaway in the comments and let us know what capabilities you want to wake up to next. Until then, I'm Chris. Carolyn.
I'm Casey Hawkins.
And I'm George B. Thomas.
And this has been Wake up customer platform. Now go build something amazing. Have a great weekend everybody.
Thing that is actually now connected to it. So you kind of gotta watch like when you're giving instructions if you're trying to write an article versus actually research the thing. But, but, but I love that it's connected. Holy. What did we just go to? My God. Chris, please do not do that without warning. Holy mackerel.
Yeah, that's not command.
Wake up customer platform. It's time to start the day day. Discover all the value you already own. Don't let solutions slip away. Wake up, customer platform. The tools are at your hand. No need to sleep on capabilities that can help your business stand. The answer's right before your eyes. You just need to realize, wake up.
There I am, folks. That's the background on my.
On my PC that looks stressful. Like I don't. I. My background is like, like a nature scene.
Yeah, yeah. I got a cone, pond and mountains and some trees.
Yeah.
Like when all the browsers go. Chris is like, here's the map of the life.
My platform. And watch your business rise. Wake up. Wake up. The platform's waiting for you. Wake up. Wake up. See what your system can do.
That's what I'm here to help with, folks. Including. I'm so happy they started using the phrase HubSpot context here.
Yes.
Because no matter how awesome GPT5 is and whatever drop comes in the Future, if your HubSpot context sucks, GPT5 cannot solve that for you.
I mean, listen, just wait until like we had an update earlier today that was about calls and transcripts and all that. Wait till that's available via the connector. And now you can ask GPT 5, 6, 7, 23 about like specific contact and company and associated calls of XYZ abc. Like that's. I believe that's where we're headed in the future. Like yeah, just the, the analysis and questions and like customer sentiment becomes like easy if it has all the calls.
I agree because I actually have a client I've been working on deal scoring with and we were integrating GONG and using some of gong's like sentiment in.
The scoring getting so powerful. Meanwhile we still need to manage knowledge base articles and we've got some updates there.
However, when we were like manually checking some of the sentiment like it was weird and flagging things that weren't actually concerning conversations. So I'm excited to see how this gets better. Is my. And that's the client I sent that conversation risk to because I was like.
We'Re not there in our last update today. What is it? Version history Users will now be able to view and restore previous versions of a knowledge base article. We couldn't do that before. Okay, we can now scheduled publishing getting.
Good data from gong. We can at least try hubspots gong gong gong.
Yep. And if you're worried about like so governance is important here. Right. So just bring the call transcripts in, get your context into HubSpot and as long as it's there, these tools and collaborating with AI can help you in ways that. That you've not been able to be helped before. It's really powerful stuff, sentiment stuff. Like being able to very much to.
Me like internal HubSpot. Yo, Jimmy, dude.
Decide scores based on actual like conversational things that have actually happened in calls and not everybody's perception of what's happening. It's getting so powerful. Meanwhile, we still need to manage knowledge base articles and we've got some updates there.
We need to be able to do some stuff because I've got 37 sunsets coming after inbound. Can I just schedule those to automatically turn off?
Because in our last update today. What is it? Version history otherwise.
Yeah, but I thought the exact same thing. This very much looks like something HubSpot was like, hey, we would like to be able to do this.
Yeah, somebody's in a back closet screaming because they can't. What do you mean? I can't go back one version.
Like, yeah, there's will now be able to view and restore previous versions of a knowledge base article. We couldn't do that before. Okay, we can now scheduled publishing. You can edit an individual knowledge base article and manually schedule updates.
Yeah, without a doubt.
So for you watcher of this video, why this matters, everything that George just said.
Basically, yeah.
Sorry, I'll shut up.
No, you're. I. Do you want me to read? Okay.
To go live on a specific date and time.
Nice.
You can also schedule when you'd like to unpublish a knowledge base article. Users can schedule these updates quickly from the article management dashboard.
All right, all right, all right, hang on. Casey, go ahead. This feels very much to me like internal HubSpot. Yo, Jimmy, we need to party.
I made it weird.
Casey, train my clone. Say it.
Yes, George's clone. This update matters because Virginia.
