HubSpot released a beta API for Conversations that lets you search conversations, update thread statuses, send messages, and integrate with Slack and Microsoft Teams. The speaker invites developers to join the community for feedback.
Hey friends. It's been a big week for Service Hub updates. I wanted to give you one last one on this Friday morning. There is an API for Conversations. Now it's in beta, but check this out. Here's the documentation on developers.HubSpot.com and look at the sorts of things you can do. You can search conversations, inboxes, channels, threads and messages. You can update thread statuses, delete and restore threads, send messages via existing Conversations channels, send an internal comment to an agent, or retrieve conversation data to create advanced reports and analytics and external tools. And you can integrate with existing with with, you know, external apps such as Slack or Microsoft Teams. So this is pretty cool. A lot of great documentation here. But really the great part about this being in beta is that we are hungry for your input and feedback and ideas and questions. The team that built this is actively monitoring this group over on community.HubSpot.com so if you think you're going to build some stuff with this API, or if you have questions about the API, come on over here, join the group, post your questions, post your ideas, see what already is here, and get to work building some API magic. So that's your last update for this week for Service Hub. That team is incredible. They're just on fire. I'm sure there will be more updates another time, but have a great weekend.
