HubSpot's Super Admins Setup SLAs for Conversation Inbox

HubSpot super admins can now set SLAs for conversation inboxes, configuring time to first reply and time to close. The feature supports priority-based SLAs and working hours settings for Professional and Enterprise users.
Okay, got another great Service Hub update for you. This is for you Service Hub Professional Enterprise users out there. Your super admins can now set SLAs for your conversations inboxes. Check this out. So here I am in my inboxes settings, which you can find here. But honestly, guys, the easiest way to get to any settings page is just the settings gear. This is dynamic based on the page you're on. So if you're in the Conversations inbox and you hit the settings here, this is where you'll land. If you're on Contacts unit, the settings here, you'll land on your contact settings. Awesome little Easter egg there inside your HubSpot account. The SLAs tab here, it still has a beta tag on it, but this is now live all Professional Enterprise users. And you can set SLAs for time to first reply and time to close. And look, if we expand these out a little bit, if we turn this on, we can do it to all tickets in this inbox, or we can do it based on priority. We can set different SLAs for due soon and overdue based on different priorities and the due soon versus overdue. If you hit this preview button, you can see what this looks like. This is due soon. It's yellow. If it was overdue, it would be red. And you can get more information there. This appears on individual conversations. Super cool. And then you can also time to close. Same sort of thing, right? You can do it to all tickets, you can do it based on priority. And as if that was not enough granular controls, there's the manage when SLAs apply. So if you want to count hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you can totally do that. Or if you want to base it just on your team's working hours, you can set this up. And this is similar to availability on like a meeting scheduling page, you can select certain days and you can set the start and end times and. And slas will be calculated that way. So this is now live Professional Enterprise Service Hub. Check it out, let me know if you have any questions.
