Curious how to organize a team meeting. Well, here's my agenda. First up, we start off with identifying who's in the room. Then we go over who's going to be taking notes in the meeting and we kick off with an icebreaker. After we goof around on the icebreaker for far too long, we'll usually go into celebrations to celebrate personal and professional wins. Then we'll talk about the opposite. What are some major fails that we had that taught us something along the way? Below Fail Fest, we have metrics where we're going to go over every key metric on the team specifically and react to it with an emoji to to make it clear that we analyzed and we thought about why it is the way it is. Below metrics we have a capacity check in where we're just going to see how everyone's doing. Next up, we review the calendar to talk about any time off requests, holidays announcements if there are any, and then ultimately to discuss where we problem solve around challenges that have come up for that team that week. We wrap it all up with a recap of action items and decision points. And it wouldn't be a team meeting without wrapping it up with an inspirational quote or some kind of joke. That's my agenda. What's yours?
