This is a YouTube video titled "Is ProcessDriven going agnostic?" featuring George B. Thomas speaking in January 2023. In this content, George B. Thomas explains the philosophy behind ProcessDriven, emphasizing that their focus is on processes and solutions rather than specific software tools, supporting teams regardless of the tools they use.
Recently, a client asked if ProcessDriven is going software agnostic, and I wanted to share my answer here. I view your processes, how you work, as a totally separate conversation than what software you use. Yes, the two can work together, but they're not the same thing. And so that's where processdriven is and always will be as well. We're here to help you work, and whether we're teaching you one tool to implement those practices or another tool to implement those practices, or no tool, and you're just implementing things on a pen and paper, I want us to be able to support small teams everywhere to build out their processes. That's my mindset. When it comes to process. And really the mission of this business, it's not about software, it's about the solutions.
