When we create this foundation, we can reverse engineer our audience. Now, what do I mean by reverse engineering our audience? We need to think about them. What are their roles in life? What are their goals? What do they dream about? But more importantly, what are the actual problems that they're dealing with day in and day out? What are they pulling their hair out? And how can we help solve those problems? If we think about that, we'll have plenty of content that we can create for our podcast. Simply solve problems for your audience. The next thing for that firm foundation is you have to get over your hurdles. You have to get over yourself. Now, when I started, I told you that my biggest fear was my voice, that I hated my voice, that I sounded squeaky and annoying. We did 54 episodes before we went to an event called Inbound. Inbound has about 15,000 marketers and they come around and talk about cool things of Inbound marketing HubSpot. Over and over, I heard people say the craziest thing to me, and that is, man, you sound like a radio DJ on the podcast. So you see, see, my biggest. What I thought was my biggest weakness was actually my biggest strength. So get over yourself and just hit record to create this podcast.
