This is a YouTube video titled "Join us September 21, 2023, for the SOP in Day™️ workshop!" featuring Ben Affleck discussing the inefficiency of using LOOM videos for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and advocating for written SOPs to improve productivity and save time. The content is a monologue focused on encouraging better SOP practices.
Every year, thousands of dog walks are rushed, ignored, or forgotten due to using a LOOM as standard operating procedures. Even though no one wants to watch a 15 minute loom video in order to do a five minute task, this practice continues and every day hours of productivity are caught in the crossfire. Unfortunately, people are afraid to spend the time writing an SOP because they think it'll take longer to do, forgetting about the time it takes to watch a LOOM video every time you need the task. Together, we can put a stop to these SOP stories. All it takes is writing your SOPs instead of only storing them in a video you'll never timestamp, update, or reference. With just one SOP a day, we can save afternoon strolls once and for all. Don't wait. Share this video Today.
