Easy way for you to create HubSpot workflows in seconds? Hi, my name is Jorge Fuentes from the Sidekick Strategies and the Hub Heroes team and I'm here to walk you through how you can actually create AI generated workflows inside of HubSpot within just a couple seconds by using a very specific prompt and have your workflows up and running within less than a few minutes.
Check it out. So we're going to log into HubSpot.
And on the left side panel right.
Here we're going to choose Automations and then we're going to choose workflows. In here I'm going to choose on the right hand side, all the way at the top where it says Create Workflow. I'm going to select that dropdown and I'm going to choose from scratch and then I'm going to make it a contact based workflow. So that is selected by default, which is good. And then I'll just hit Next. I'll click on Next on the top right corner. So now we're actually in workflow mode and what I want to do is actually generate every single step of my workflow with AI. Now how would I do that? I will click on this particular. Yeah, this one right here, the plus sign. And then I'm just going to ask AI to generate actions for me. Right? If I already have a specific type of workflow I want to create and is very specific and is within HubSpot's capabilities, I can just copy and paste in my prompt. In this case I put that I want to send a welcome email after somebody fills out any form and I want to create a deal to be placed in the first stage of my pipeline, plus send an internal email email notification to myself. Right? So that's good, good enough for my workflow. And then I'm just going to click on Generate Actions and voila. Now we actually have the whole workflow generated by AI within HubSpot which I still need to manually update. So I'll just click on Keep Actions and then we definitely can go ahead and adjust the enrollment trigger. So in this case filter criteria is met. I want to actually do maybe form submissions and any form submission is fine because that's what I wanted to mention first. That's what I mentioned first. And then, okay, so that is there. And then I want to edit my email. Maybe I'll choose one of the emails that I already have and then maybe I'll put in here their record name. So I'll just call it like New Deal and then place maybe the contact information. So I'll just probably look for the first name and maybe the last name name. Right. But as you can see and actually let me just put the last name there. The last name and there we go. So I'll just click on Save here and then I'll just send an internal email notification to myself. So that's good. I'll actually have to choose myself here. So I'll just choose Jorge right here and then there we go. So as you can see, this workflow, maybe I'll just title it as welcome Email and deal created, which by the way, I can actually generate a description with AI. As you can see, I clicked on write with AI and so it generated this. So I'll just save it for now. But now we actually have a workflow that works properly and actually, let me see. I do. Oh, okay. I still need to fix my pipeline. There we go. I'll choose appointment scheduled and then I'll click on Save. Now I'm assuming in a perfect world that this is the steps that I want to take. So HubSpot just generate that for me in seconds. And then I actually within a couple minutes had finished creating my workflow by using AI in HubSpot.
And there you have it. You now actually have created an AI assisted and or AI generated workflow inside of HubSpot within just a couple seconds and then took a few minutes to just edit it, which basically streamlines the whole process of creating workflows inside of HubSpot. Remember that you need to personalize the steps and it does require manual intervention from you in order to be customized to your specific portal's needs.
