This is a YouTube video titled "Maximize Customer Service Efficiency with HubSpot's Service Capacity Limits Feature" containing a single-speaker explanation from September 12, 2023, about configuring chat routing limits and availability messages to manage customer service capacity effectively.
You could just toggle the switch on, say, you know, we're going to limit it to three. And for all the automatic routing of chats, if a user has more than three chats going on, they won't get any more routed to them. So then what happens if all your, your users are busy? Well, if you go to inboxes here and if you edit this live chat, you can decide that under availability, if we hit max capacity, what are we going to do? Are we going to show a wait message? Are we going to hide the chat launcher? Are we going to do nothing? You can customize this message here, whatever you think will work best for your customers.
