Greg Fawcett from Precision Marketing Partners, a North Carolina marketing agency, explains how they used Zenpilot's ClickUp blueprint to fix capacity problems and streamline their operations. The agency was hitting workflow bottlenecks that blocked growth until they invested in better systems.
The biggest lesson we've learned is as a virtual marketing agency, we're always trying to reinvent the wheel on every task and that's not necessary. There's much more efficient ways to do things. And what Zenpilot has shown us has really opened up our horizons on what is possible in ClickUp. As I said earlier, we've been using it for two years, but we're always reinventing and trying to make it better. But now we see a clear path on how we can really implement ClickUp to its fullest potential. Hey, this is Greg Fawcett with Precision Marketing Partners, one of two partners in the company. And we're a small boutique firm here in the North Carolina. So we've as an agency known for a while, we're hitting our ceiling of capacity and without making change, we knew we can't really continue to grow, which we want to do. We're expanding our staff and our client base. And as we do that and get busier and busier, we just found out that all of our systems are breaking down and things are getting dropped and we just needed to solve that problem. And we happened to drop into one of the Zen Pilot webinars and was totally impressed with what they're talking about. We had already been using ClickUp for the past two years, but obviously not to its fullest potential. And we immediately dropped in their blueprint process and began that with Derek and was very impressed with that whole process. And Senate Pilot has been tremendous in helping us see the potential of what can be. And I think anybody considering this process definitely needs to move forward. We know it's not an inexpensive proposition, but we felt the value from the very get go that Zenpilot has to offer and we're willing to commit to that for the future of our agency.
