This is a YouTube video titled "Prioritize Joy & Freedom in Your Career Path!" featuring a conversation between George B. Thomas and another speaker. The discussion centers on career advice for women, emphasizing the importance of joy, freedom, alignment, and self-care as essential components for effective and fulfilling career growth. The content was created in July 2025.
What advice would you give other women who might want to choose this type of career path that you've chosen?
My biggest piece of advice is like don't deprioritize joy, freedom, alignment, softness in your pursuit of career growth. Those things are necessary for your power. Right? It's going to be man. I prioritize rest. I prioritize my wellbeing. I prioritize myself. And now I'm able to come into this space where I am and where I want to be fully effective, like whole, you know. And now I'm seeking peace, fulfillment and self actualization. But I cannot help anyone if my bucket is empty.
You can't pour from an empty cup, so fill your cup.
