That is where I would start with any kind of Wild west taming. Where are we? Can we all agree on this? Good, bad and ugly? Where do we want to go? Why does it matter? Let's believe in it. Let's really feel like, ah, okay, this is an outcome we all believe in. Then all of a sudden, bridging that gap is where the change actually happens. And if we're not doing this carefully, that bridge between this, you know, these two cliffs could be like a rickety rope or it could be a freaking highway. And the way you make it to be a highway from point A to point Z is through co authorship, through ownership along the way. If you have everybody on the team laying a brick in that path, it's going to be a lot easier to get them to cross the bridge. Because as they're building the bridge, they're crossing it at the same time. One thing I like to remind people is that companies are groups of people. And process, documentation, policy implementation is about what I said before. It's taking habits that are individual, pulling them out of your head to make them shared habits and shared beliefs.
