This is a YouTube video titled "Project Management for Bookkeepers" containing a monologue or instructional talk from May 12, 2023, providing advice on how service providers, such as bookkeepers, can document and systematize their services using ClickUp by breaking down templates into smaller, manageable pieces.
If you're a service provider using ClickUp and you're having a hard time figuring out how to document your service because there are so many different variations you have, consider documenting it or templating it in smaller pieces. For example, let's say you're a bookkeeper. You offer a lot of bookkeeping services. It can be tempting to make one giant template containing all the things you do, but you don't have to. Instead, think of each deliverable or phase or sub project you typically have and save them as individual templates. Just load the templates you need when you need them, and it makes systemization less overwhelming and ensures you're not getting misdirections by having a template that includes more than what you actually need for most workflows. For more in conditional processes and stacking templates, and for an example of this, check out the description of the short.
