Prospecting Agent

This is a YouTube video titled "Prospecting Agent" created in June 2025, featuring a detailed product presentation and demo by multiple speakers, primarily Kyle and Anita. The content covers the features, setup, and usage of the Prospecting Agent AI tool within HubSpot's Sales Hub, including automation workflows, selling profiles, outreach customization, and future enhancements. The session includes a Q&A segment addressing user questions about the product's capabilities, pricing, and roadmap. The format is a presentation with interactive discussion but does not include George B. Thomas as a speaker.
Welcome back to the Admin Hub. So awesome. You'll think it's a drug, but it's not.
Santa Sam's got the tools that work AIs. Here's how to go berserk. Thanks, Kyle. Hi everybody. I'm really excited to be here today to talk to you about Prospecting Agent. We launched this in public beta at Spring Spotlight and we already have some new features and enhancements that I'm going to talk to you you and show you about today. And then we'll obviously have a lot of new features enhancements for inbound, which hopefully we'll see many of you at. So just as a quick intro, I'm Kina, I'm a senior Product Marketing Manager on the Breeze AI team. I'm pretty new to HubSpot. I've been here just about four months now, so I'm not tenured like Kyle and my onboarding was definitely all digital electronic, no paper forms. But. But I'm really excited to be here. I work primarily on the the Sales Hub and AI features within Sales Hub, but I will try to answer any of your Breeze AI questions as you have them and feel free to just pop things in the chat and you guys definitely interrupt me if there's questions that seem relevant. But I'm going to go in here and start. I'm just going to go over a few slides first with Prospecting Agent just to kind of give us all an overview and I'd love to hear like how many of you have used it already or if this is your first time seeing it and you're thinking about using it or if you're a super user, I'd love to hear that too. Okay. We all know with sales, things take a long time. Basically here the Prospecting agent is really just hoping to save you a lot of the time, especially when it comes to the research and the email writing, which you'll see as we talk about more today. With Breeze for sales in particular though, and in the Sales hub, I just wanted to give us this to kind of set the stage. Copilot, really think of it as like your AI powered assistant that works alongside you with you, you can talk to it. It's just in line like a chat. The agents, a lot of you, it looks like, are familiar already with Customer Agent. You started there, hopefully you'll pick up Prospecting Agent after today and start using that one. But this is really working for you. So agents we, we hope are kind of taking on some of the work that you don't want to do that will save you a lot of time and just automate and do the work for you. Easy setup with lots of agentic capabilities and will bring you tons of business value. Then we also have the embedded AI features that are built in to your hubs. So in sales hub, things like AI meeting, assistant guided action, deal score and insight, things like that are all built in. But today we're here to talk specifically about the prospecting agent. So to get everybody on the same page, the prospecting agent does a few things. First of all, it's going to automate your research across target accounts very, very quickly. I'm going to show you that live today, so you'll see how quickly it actually does that. It also will focus on contacts that match your target Persona. It will help you personalize messaging for different products and audiences with our new selling profile. So if you haven't seen those yet, we'll get a peek at those today. And then it also gives you some different automation controls to help you scale engagement. And that's one of the big things that we're looking to improve for inbound too. So I'd love to get your feedback on that when we, when we take a look at it. But basically there are two, two automation or outreach flows with the prospecting agents. So the first one is in the sales workspace where you just can research your accounts and then you can draft one off emails. And I'll show you how you can switch up the selling profiles with those emails too and then just decide whether you want to send those off or, or not. And then you have the actual agent app itself where here you can enroll contacts to the agent, you can have it do the research and draft a sequence of three emails and then decide whether you want to autonomously send out those emails or you want that human intervention to review the emails before sending them out. So these are the two basic like workflows for the prospecting agent. All right, all of that being said, let's, let's go into the demo and really take a look at the agent and how to set it up. Okay, so when you come in here into your onboarding screen and you go to set up the agent, you're going to be brought to this screen and you give your, your profile a name, you can add a description and then you put in your, your company website and you can add information here. As far as this goes, what we suggest when you are selling or setting up this profile is that you really load this up with as much information as you can that is going to help you to, or help the agent to craft better emails. So the more information it has about your company and the products you're selling, the better outreach it's going to write. So, so, so just, I mean, I would say like copy and paste in your value props and information about products and services. Whatever you have. I would put that, put that in here. Okay, so I've kind of populated that already. Then I'm going to go to the next screen and then we're going to decide who the outreach is going to come from. So we can send it from a single user every single time. So I can decide that every single email that the agent sends out is going to come from me or I can decide that every email that the agent is going to send out is going to come from the contact owner. And then I can have a default if there is no contact owner. So really you can decide, you know, how, how you want to do this when we, when we get into selling profiles in a minute I'll talk a little bit about the benefit of single user versus contact owner. Okay. And then you can decide what CTA you want. So you can decide if you want to request them to book a meeting or, or attach document or include a URL. We can do multiple of these. If we want to have them do a couple of things, we can do that too. But I'm just going to leave this as is. And then here's where I decide the autonomy of the agent. So do I want it to go in semi autonomous mode where I have to review all of the emails before actually hitting that send button and having them go out, or do I want it to be fully autonomous? If it's fully autonomous, it's going to include a disclaimer in the footer of the email letting people know that the email was written with the help of AI. So what we suggest as you are working through and like setting this up and just kind of getting this going for your company is to start in semi autonomous mode. And at least for those first, you know, couple hundred maybe contacts that you start enrolling, like, have a look at, at the emails and make sure that they're set up the way that you want them. Like the tone is right, it sounds like, you know, your brand voice, things like that. I would definitely suggest starting off in semi autonomous mode. The agent gets better the more emails that it's approved to send out. It learns as it goes. So I think it's really important like to start off with approving them in semi autonomous Mode. So let the agent learn and then switch to fully autonomous. When you feel like you've gotten a good batch where they are very reliable, then you can launch it into fully autonomous mode. Okay. And then we're just going to create the selling profile and that's it. That's, I mean, set up like in minutes. Super, super simple to set up initially. Now if you want to get more advanced with your setup, then you can go in here into the agent setup and you can see I've set up some different selling profiles. So this is where I've seen people get really creative and I'd love to hear from you all if you have used multiple selling profiles for different use cases. I'd love to hear about that. I've been doing some customer interviews to get some testimonials on prospecting agent over the last month or so and I've been hearing people are using the selling profiles basically. Like if you have a team of, let's say five reps, maybe you're setting up a different profile per rep. And so when you're setting up, when you're setting up the, the email, who the email is coming from, you can set it up to come from particular reps. So that's the way that you can use the prospecting agent. If you've got a team of multiple reps or BDRs and you want to use it for multiple people, another way is just obviously by product. So setting it up, you know, for different, different products or different services that you have, other things that people are doing is they're targeting certain markets with different selling profiles. So if you have a certain, you know, market that you're going after and you want to set up a selling profile and write it in a way that really targets that market, you can do that. So looks like some people are selling across regions. It's so it's really interesting. I mean, I think you can do a lot of things with the selling profiles. People have asked us before, can they have multiple prospecting agents per hub? And right now we are not supporting the ability to do multiple prospecting agents, but you can do like as many selling profiles as you like. So that's kind of a way to get around it. So let me just pop into one that I set up. So like for the breeze, one that, that I set up, it's the same kind of setup that we did initially. You would just use the URL for that particular product line or page that you want. And then, you know, I've, I've given it A little bit more information specific to our AI products here. I've got the same call to action where I want it to book a meeting. As far as email guidance, I have the ability to change the length of that first email. So if I wanted this one to be a little bit longer, then I could change that and make it longer. This outreach hours. If you've been using Prospecting Agent in the private beta or the public beta, this is a new feature we just added outreach hours and I'm really excited about this. So if it's enabled, then I can only send on business days, which I think is something that most people would want is just to send on business days. And then I can also choose my window. So if I. If I just want to do like 9:00am to 11:00am, you know, I just want to send them during that window and I want to make sure I'm in Texas so I want to send Central time, then I can update those outreach hours. So this is something that we're very excited about. This is a big ask when we went to public beta and our team was able to deliver on it pretty quickly. And then you've got the autonomous mode again here. So so basically. Oh, and I didn't. Sorry, forgot to show you this, the identity. So I can decide like for this one, these are just AI products. So I want them always to come from me. I don't want them to come from contact owners. So that's how you can kind of get around. If you have multiple reps and you want each one of them to be working with a different selling profile. And then the tone, I can change my tone. So if I want to change this and I want to use a helpful tone, I can also integrate brand Voice. I saw a question about that I think come through in the chat. We do integrate with Brand Voice now, so that is another addition that we've made or feature enhancement that we've made since we went into public beta. And I would highly suggest if you set up Brand Voice already, definitely if you've done it with customer agent, apply it here as well. So that is how you can work with multiple selling profiles and you can edit those selling profiles right here. So actually here I think, you know, I would spend some time up front like really setting up my profiles and setting up the agent again. The more time you invest up front, I think the better email outreach it's going to write for you. Okay, so once we have all of this set up in the agent, I'm going to come into the sales Workspace and show you how we work from here. So when you go into the sales workspace and you go into the prospecting tab right here, this is where you can execute on the research. So I showed you that one flow where you can research and then draft a one off email. This is where you can execute on research. So I can multi select whatever companies that I want and then I hit the little sparkle button that we like to call them internally. When, when you click on research it's going to start researching and you can see that it's working. Typically this doesn't take more than a few minutes. But you know, imagine if reps were doing this on their own and having to research on their own. Even if they're using ChatGPT or things like this, they'd be doing it individually by and it would be taking them a lot of time. So while this sparkle button is running, let me see if there's a few questions that I can answer in here or Deanna and Kyle, feel free. If there's questions that have popped up over and over.
There are lots of. There's a lot happening in the chat. If I had to pick a theme. And everyone, I definitely encourage you to put your questions in the Q and A just to make sure they don't get lost because the chat as you have noticed, probably scrolls pretty fast. I have seen a couple of questions around business units and multi account orgs and is this just one agent for the whole team or is each seated user setting up their own agents? So can you just talk or sort of reiterate how that all fits together?
Yes, it is one, it's one agent. So you're getting with your hub and it's in sales pro and enterprise hub. So with your hub you're getting one agent. You can like I said the workaround that I've heard a lot of customers using is if they want to have multiple reps using this, then they're just setting up different selling profiles. So and you know, each, each kind of, each rep is getting assigned to a different selling profile if you have hundreds of reps and yes, that could definitely get messy but if you have, you know, 5, 10, 20, I think that it's definitely doable. We are looking to you know, for the future and this is probably going to be like post inbound so don't hold me to any of this. But we're looking at the ability to possibly like add multiple agents or see, see how that would work for, for our like bigger orgs who, who need that so I'd love to like talk to people about that and get more feedback on what you would actually like to see. There's my answer for that one. Any other ones, Kyle, that, that we should address now?
I think you can keep going. There have been other questions in the chat. Again, friends, just drop those into the Q and A. We will circle back, don't worry. But yeah, that was the main one that stood out to me.
Awesome. Okay, great. Well, as you can see just in the few minutes we were talking about, that research is already complete on several of our companies. So let's pop in and look at this one. And you can see again that sparkle button. So we know that this was done by AI. But you see the company summary, recent company news with links out to recent news articles. There's company values, job opportunities, product blog. We have really kind of beefed up the research since we went live at Spring Spotlight, so. Oh, I love that drinking game with sparkle button. I would be in trouble if we did that because I say it a lot. But yeah, we've beefed up the research quite a bit. So. So it is really pulling in a lot of research. Now if I had a lot of CRM data in here, it would also pull this in. I don't for this company, but it's pulling that together. Then you can see the buyer committee and an activity. So I'll show you first the, the one off email. So if I have this contact and I want to just draft a single send one off email, not I don't want to enroll them to the agent or anything. I just want to write the email. Of course, you know, I have copilot and I can use copilot and all that, but I can also use the prospecting agent. And the benefit of doing that is that you're pulling in all that research that it just conducted. So if I go to draft email with AI, then it's going to work here. And you can see again, if I wanted to look at the research, it's going to, it's going to pull that in right here. But I also have these details on what selling profile I'm using, what tone I'm using, what CTA I have and the email link and I can change all of this right here. So if I decided like I don't just want my default one, I want to sell them breeze, I want to sell them my AI products, then I can change that. And I don't like this helpful tone. Maybe I feel like it's a little bit too, too Casual. So I want to go to a more professional tone. Then I'm going to regenerate that email and it's going to just do it right here for me. So there, there it is. And then I can still do more with it. So if I want to edit and change things, I can do that. I can insert more here if I want to. I can also, if I still don't like this and I want to work with it more, I can collaborate with Copilot on it. So you know, I can generate a new paragraph or a new sentence if there's specific things that I don't want. So there's a lot that I can do right here within this email specifically, like switching between those selling profiles makes it really easy to do too. And then I could just send it right from here if I wanted to. So that's the one off email. And then I can also enroll them into the agent, which you've seen that I, I've done here. So let's go back into the, the prospecting agent and let's see the email sequences that it set up. So anytime I go in here for these emails, I, because I was in semi autonomous mode, that's how I set it up. Then I do have to review the emails before I send them out. So right here I can go in and I can look at the emails and then again in line I can edit if I want to, I can collaborate with Copilot if I want to. And then I can decide how I feel about these emails and then click Start Outreach whenever I'm ready to go. But it's really as simple as that. Then once, oops, once I get my prospecting agent up and running, I have the tab where I can analyze how it's doing. I can see how many enrollments, how many delivered, how many open and I can see all those rates too. So we try to give you here, you know, a way to get feedback quickly on how much your agent is working for you and how successful it's been. So really that's it as far as the demo goes. I'd love to hear feedback and just start to answer some questions.
Yeah, so we have merely 40 questions in the Q and A. So yeah, thank you. This is great everybody. If there are any questions that you want answered, everybody head over to the Q and A real quick, look through the questions, upvote the ones you most are interested in. We will work most upvoted, the least uploaded we'll get as far as we can. If your question is not in there. Feel free to add it. I'll give you all a couple minutes. But yeah, I think this is, I think, I think prospecting agent is super exciting. I've been really excited about it since I first got worked on. Some of you will remember when it was just mock ups and ideas in the designers little sparkle buttons in the designer's eyes. They came and talked to us all, asked how you all felt about prospecting agent and I think, I think they've delivered really well. Okay, 43 questions. I'm going to, I'm going to start feeding these to you.
Sounds good.
Most upvoted. With 13 upvotes, where does the research tool pull information from?
So we use GPT 4.1.
Nice.
Yep.
I love that. You just knew that, right? So fast. I thought it was going to be a much more complicated answer than that. Love the simple. That's great. Oh, let's see this one. Pull ahead 16 upvotes. When we go in and edit the email AI wrote, does the AI remember the tweaks we made and apply it to future emails?
Yes, it does. I think that's kind of the beauty of using AI here. Like I said before, the more you work with a prospecting agent, the more it gets trained. So as you are approving and sending emails, like if you just create the emails and have them sit in here and don't do anything with them, then the prospecting agent isn't going to do anything with that information. But if you're actually approving them and you're sending it, then the prospecting agent starts learning, okay, this is how they want the email sent and this is how they want them written. And it does improve over time. Once you approve them and send them, that's great.
And that's one reason I highly recommend start with that semi autonomous mode, right? See what it's creating, interact with it and it'll get better over time. And then maybe someday it'll get to a point where you're just approving all the emails and so you can flip it over. But there's no reason to have to jump in straight to fully autonomous mode. You can have this visibility, you can have this input and I think, I think it's really great. That's AI at its best.
Yeah, Kyle, that's 100% how, I mean, whenever I'm doing demos or talking with potential customers, that's how I talk about it. I personally, if I was using this, I would not just shoot straight into fully autonomous mode. I would want to, I was a former English professor. So I definitely want to check those emails out and make sure that every comma is in the right place. But I definitely, yeah, I think it's important, like you, you want to make sure those emails sound like you and your company and your brand. So we also encourage like using the new brand voice feature that we have too. But, but check them out and, and make sure that they sound the way you want them to sound before letting it run fully autonomously.
Yeah, that's great. Anita asks, does the research tool use Breeze credits or can customers without purchase credits use it as well?
So right now this is just included within your sales Hub Pro and enterprise subscription. We are not charging credits or anything for the prospecting agent. Some of you may have heard about customer agent and the new and Breeze intelligence and new credits and how that works, but for prospecting agent, there's no additional charges to it. We feel like until a product has really achieved product market fit and we've got it in a place where it's out there in the market and it's really ready to, to work and use, we're not going to charge anything for it. So use it away.
Sydney asked, how many prospecting agents can I have per account? For example, could I have a different agent per sales rep and per industry? And again, vocabulary wise we would say selling profiles, not agents, but.
Right, right. Yes. Yeah. So, so you cannot have multiple prospecting agents. You can have multiple selling profiles, though. So like where I showed you in the selling profiles here, you can create as many of these as you want and you can create them however you want. So if you, if you want to have, you know, Kyle's selling profile and maybe Kyle sells to different regions, you know, he sells to the US and he sells to Amia and he sell, sells to apac. And so you want to have Kyle and then the different regions, you can do it that way. That's, that's kind of the workaround for wanting to use this with multiple reps. Yeah.
And each of these profiles, like the, the setup flow you showed us at this, at the start, each of these profiles has that built in. Right. Like the, from email address and all that is. It's in there.
Yep. So if I went through and I created a new selling profile, when I go into select identity, that one is going to. So let's just keep it easy. We'll do HubSpot. When I go into that, it's the exact same setup as we did on that first onboarding screen set up. It's going to ask you on the next screen to select the identity. So there's that next. So then here we could select to come from Kyle every single time for this particular selling profile. I just, that's how I would do it if I was doing it by rep instead of like you know, doing from the contact owner.
Great. Jesse asked a question. Jesse, we might need a little more context on this, but the question is, I notice that we are seeing a lot of HubSpot emails going to junk. Is there best practices to eliminate this? We don't send hundreds of emails a day, so we are not spamming people. I assume given the context we are talking about sales emails and not marketing emails, but I, I can't guarantee that.
Okay, so one thing I think we've seen and we've heard this, like people have said this before. It, if it comes from an actual user and not like you're marketing@HubSpot.com or sales@HubSpot.com you know, one of those generic email inboxes that could help with the spam issue. I think you know that that would be one, one thing. And then of course, and this goes for any like AI features that we're talking about, like making sure your data is as clean as possible, making sure your contacts are updated and those are clean, that that will help too. But I would say just like making sure they're coming from an actual user and not because we, we have had people use this for marketing, you know, for, for like Legion and not necessarily even for sales. And you, you could do that. But if you have it coming from like a generic marketing email, then those might be going to spam.
Cool. Mary asks, will the research look at contacts, pages visited, forms submitted, etc.
Will the research look at. Yes, yes. So yes, so it does, it looks at your CRM data. So it's pulling in that research tab. You've got. Let me show you. Okay. In your, when you go into your target accounts and you're in that research tab, this is all the external research that is pulled using GPT 4.1. But in here, in the summary, it's going to pull all of your CRM data. So it's, it's going to pull all of, all of that information that you have. And that's kind of the neat thing about this as opposed to like just going outside to chat GPT or some other AI and pulling your research is it pulls that together. So when it writes the emails it's going to, you know, be targeted about, about that. Like it's Going to know that you already had a conversation with this person or they attended your conference or they downloaded a form or something like that, or a white paper, things like that.
Great. Michael says, I love the emails that created, but they are set to go out two days apart. In our space, that is way too soon. Every two weeks can be seen as following up too much. How do I change that?
So that is something that we heard a lot and that is an enhancement that we are planning on making for Inbound. And actually this is a good segue. I can't give away too much because, you know, I need you all to come to Inbound and hear about all the great things that we're doing. So can't give away too much. But I will say that we hear people when they tell us that they want more customization and there's two areas people are asking for more customization on. They're asking for more customization in the research and they're asking for more customization in the outreach. So we are listening. We hear you. That's why I've been doing all these customer calls and trying to get feedback and we are definitely planning on giving you some ways to get more targeted research and then also get more targeted with your outreach. So when, when I showed you like how to set up those selling profiles, just imagine that there's going to be more spaces for you to input more information about directionally how you want those emails written. So yes, that is coming soon and it's going to be very, very exciting.
This feels like a natural place for me to mention everybody. HubSpot's product teams really care about your feedback. They really honestly do. I'm so inspired with every product team I talk to about how hungry they are for your input. And there is currently a beta that lets you give feedback on your betas if you opt into that beta. Every beta you're in there will be a button where you in the product updates space where you can give feedback. So if you're using not just prospecting agent but any other beta tool at HubSpot, turn that on. Submit feedback to the teams. They love it. I will be exporting out all the questions and chat from this event and sharing it with the prospecting agent team. Yeah, the feedback makes our product better. So keep it coming. Steven says there needs to be a way to separate by salespeople. Right now it only filters by company.
Yes. Yeah, that's another thing that we have heard. So when you. So we've got filters here, but then when you go into the actual prospecting agent itself. We are looking at ways to filter the enrollments by and so you can filter it by selling profile here. So remember that I told you if you set up your selling profiles to come from specific reps, that's one way that you can do it. But we are looking at something here that would let you filter potentially by rep. So that's something we've heard and our product team is actively looking into and working on. We, I mean like I hear you guys, like we were talking about, you want to be able to scale this to multiple reps and be able to use it easily in a way that's not going to get jumbled and messy and too cumbersome like for any rep to find their contact. So we, I promise we're working on that and I think you're going to see some really good enhancements and new features coming for inbound.
Great. This question was asked 30 minutes ago and I feel like you've already answered it, but it's got 10 upvotes. So when will the additional features be available like training, how to write the emails and customizing it and will those costs additional or be included in the current plan?
So those, those additional features are. We're planning on releasing those in inbound.
Which for anyone doesn't know. September.
September. Sorry, September 3rd. September 3rd. We. As far as cost additionally. I don't know about that. That is something I don't even think is, you know, really been discussed yet. So I cannot give you an answer there. But on. On training and customizing and as far as like customizing more research and, and the outreach, that should be. That should be by inbound.
Great. And I liked what you said earlier about cost when someone asked about credits. You know, we're still. This is still in beta. So just enjoy it. Use it. It's included with house lot Professional sales help. Professional. Just use it there. There are no upgrade points or anything inside of it. Just enjoy it.
Yes. I mean use it like to the max. Use it as much as you can and then give us feedback. That's what we would love to enhance the product and make it better.
Mateo says can we load files?
That is something that we are hoping. That's one of those enhancements that we're hoping that will be part of the customization piece.
Great. What kinds of places are you thinking.
Of loading files that would be on the setup. So. So when you're setting it up or in the selling profiles.
Got it. Sandy asks, will there be reporting and filtering? We can Use based on the Analyze tool for prospecting agent. Example is being able to see changes in lifecycle stages or deals resulted from prospecting agent or ways to compare contacts that have gone through the prospecting agent.
Oh, that's a great suggestion. I love.
That would be really cool.
I love that. I would love for you to maybe shoot me a message on LinkedIn or send me an email and tell me more. I would love to connect with the product team on that. That'd be really cool.
So Sandy get in touch. And the 10 of you who upvoted Sandy's question also get in touch. Maria says on semi autonomous mode. Can each contact owner approve emails before send?
Like, are we saying multiple contact owners approve emails? No, no, no.
My guess is this is sort of more along the filtering thing you were just talking about. Like if I own a contact, can I. You would approve the emails before they send.
Mm, yep. That's how it would work. It wouldn't. Yeah, it wouldn't be multiple people.
This one is also from a while ago. Can we change the timeframe? Oh, between emails, I guess we answered that one. So this. Yeah, okay.
Yeah, not now, but that's coming.
Okay. Jeanette asks, are these contacts already in HubSpot or are they enriched contacts for target accounts?
These are already in your CRM. So these are contacts that already exist. We are not we at this point. Like we're not, we're not buying contacts or we're not out there adding contacts or anything. There's so many GDPR and like rules and privacy issues around that. So no, these are contacts that already exist within your CRM.
Great. We have another question about the cadence between sends. Default is two days. I do not see a way to change it. So that's a recurring theme. Anything on the roadmap to allow the agent to do SMS outreach?
Oh, okay. So yes, yes, this is exciting. We are. And this, this I think will be post inbound. So this is like more. Farther out into the future. But yes, we are looking at multi channel outreach from the prospecting agent. So right now I know that the team has been looking into like WhatsApp and potentially LinkedIn as sources of outreach. But if you feel like there's other channels, like if text messaging or other, you know, there's other channels that would be useful. We'd love to hear that too. But that would probably. That would be a post inbound. I think that's like more of a 2026 thing.
Okay. Frank says, can I have multiple selling profiles? If so, how many The Answer is yes and as many as you want. Pedro asks, when would other languages be available?
This one was another one that we got asked a lot and it's another one that the product team is working on for inbound.
Great. One question I have, if my portal language is in Spanish or French, does the AI contact get generated in those languages or is it all just English?
Right now it's all English. Right now. The CrossFit agent only operates in English. You can. The workaround for that would be to use Copilot to translate and then send them out that way, but that would be very, very manual. So we are working on multilingual support for inbound and it may that one that's a feature that will probably be in beta for a little bit too because the agent make sure that it's working properly.
Yeah, need lots of user testing, make sure that's working right. Steven asks, will there be the ability to have tasks like dynamic sequences?
This is a great question that leads me into talking about a beta that we're actually starting next week. I'm sure there are some big time power users in here and some people who love a good beta. So if you are interested in this, I would love for you to reach out to me so we can see if you're a good candidate for the beta. We are looking to do an agentic outreach beta where it's kind of like, I think of it as really beefed up, like prosecting agent on steroids, where it is truly doing agentic work in the background. And so instead of you, it's probably easier for me to show you rather than just tell you. But instead of you imagine instead of you having to go into your target accounts and select the companies and select research and tell it when to research, it would be in the background, always on research. So whatever target accounts you've enrolled into the prospecting agent, there's always research going on in the background and the agent is deciding when there's enough of a signal for you to send an email. So what would happen is as the agent is running research in the background, let's say you've given it some guidance that this is a time when you'd want to outreach. And the agent's like, oh, I found some research, there's a new funding round. Let me spin up an email you it would show up over here in your guided actions as an email for you to review and then send out.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah. Yeah. So if anyone is interested in taking part in in the agentic Outreach beta. Please reach out to me.
Great. Kelly says, is there any plan to.
Incorporate this demand gen type of things? Yeah, I mean, if you have access to sales Hub and you want to use it that way, then I think you absolutely could. We, we don't know the future of the agent and how widely. I mean, right now it's really, it's being widely used. You know, we have over 1,000 portals using it and it's researching over 70,000 accounts a week. So there's a lot of usage on it. And if it continues in that direction, it may be something that we expand to other hubs. Hubs too. Cool.
Yeah. And again, Customer Agent just made that leap. Right. It was service hub. Now it's all hubs at the pro level. So we are, it's still very early days for agents at HubSpot. We, we're looking for your feedback and for usage patterns and we'll, we'll do the best we can to meet your needs.
Yeah, it's very, very early days. And, and like, like you're saying, with Customer Agent, we found product market fit and we found that it was being used across multiple use cases. So it was not just being used for customer service. People were using it for marketing and people were using it for sales too. And once the company saw that and leadership saw that, they were like, why are we not just making this available? Because it can be used for everybody. And I would love to see that same growth with prospecting agent too, because we know that it's already being used for marketing purposes. So I could see a world where that could happen one day if usage continues to trend in the way it has been.
Yeah. Caitlin asked, how well does this work with individual leads instead of companies?
I mean, it, the, the, the thing about the companies and the target accounts is that's where it's pulling the research from. So it's not going to research individual contacts. It only researches at the company level. That's why we have it set that way.
Makes sense. Sandy, back again. Will we be able to assign enrollments from prospecting agent to campaigns?
I believe you could set up a workflow for that. Yeah, I think so.
Yeah. That's an interesting one. Campaign. We need to get the campaigns team here at the admin hug. We get a question every time about campaigns.
Interesting. Interesting. Okay. Oh, and then another thing. You know, when you're in the agent setup that I, I did not mention this before, so this is a good reminder to me, but when, when you're in the agent, as far as Enrollments go too. You can enroll the way that I, that I showed you, going to the target accounts, it pulling your contacts and enrolling your contacts that way. But you can also like mass enroll so you can manually enroll contacts. You can manually enroll is going to pull all the contacts from those companies or you can set up a workflow to enroll contacts too. So one thing that I'm like super excited about and I would love if anybody does this or tries this out to contact me and let me know because I want to see it in action is using customer agent and prospecting agent together. So I'd love to see a world where we have like multi agent orchestration and you've got customer agent answering questions on the website about like pricing and you know, membership subscription, things like that. Just general easy questions a customer agent can answer and then when it gets it to a point of interest. But like let's say that person drops off from the chat, then getting them enrolled into the prospecting agent via a workflow like this and then having the prospecting agent continue that outreach and when we have that more customized outreach we can tell the prospecting agent, hey, this contact engaged via the customer agent, they asked some questions about products and pricing, refer back to that conversation that the customer agent had and re engage them and get them to book a meeting. That is what I think would be awesome to see the agents really working for you in the background to get you to a meeting booked. So if somebody does that, please contact me and let me know.
There you go. Go do your math scientist thing that you do. How good is the research with companies in Europe? We made some trials and the results weren't as good as other tools like Sales Viewer.
Okay, yeah, I mean I think that's feedback that we need to hear and I'd love to see like a comparison as far as I know like we're using, you know, like I said, using GPT 4.1 across the board. So the research is as good as what lives on the web and what we can pull.
And this would be a good point. Anyone else outside the US who is on the call today, just drop in the comments if you've tried it, how it went, any concerns, any recommendations that would be valuable information for each other and for the team. Alex says do you have any tips on improving the output of the prospecting agent? I found it can be a little cheesy despite updating tone of voice and a bit basic in terms of messaging. Having used semi autonomous mode, I've ended up spending quite A lot of time updating messaging to make the email suitable.
So I would say like, like, you know, as I said before, when you are, when you're setting up here with the sources and training, like load this up with as much as possible. This is automatically going to pull in what it's analyzed from the website and it's usually just a line or two, it's not a ton. So I would be loading this up, you know, like use Claude, use chat, GPT, use whatever internal documents you have, copy and paste as much stuff. There's not character limits or anything. So just put as much stuff as you can into here. But you will find that come inbound. This whole thing is going to be just like beefed up a lot to where you can add a lot more information and that's going to make the outreach better.
Cool. And then you also mentioned earlier as this editing, whoever I've lost it was doing it should feed back into the AI and make it better over time too, right?
Yeah. As you approve and send emails, it learns and it's going to make it better over time.
Great. Does the AI learn on open rates, meetings booked rates to improve the content based on the email performances?
Yes. Yeah, it does. It looks.
That's really cool.
Yeah, yeah. I didn't know that as far as, as far, I mean it's, you know, it's an agent, so it is always working in the background and is always learning. As far as open rates and books and success rates of this we have been seeing. Oh, hi.
She colored a picture for you.
Lovely. I love it. That's awesome. We have been seeing success rates around 1% which is standard industry standards and like they're in line with human outreach as well. So performing, you know, at human outreach and we are expecting it over time to just continue to get better.
Great. Well, we're not going to get through all the questions again as per usual. Friends, we will keep going for a couple more minutes here. Scott says, will there ever be additional outreach channels added to the agent? It only does emails now in the future. We talked about that. Can you use the agent in workflows or you're thinking of using it to respond to leads as they come in? I noticed on the page you were just in little CTA saying, hey, you can enroll people using a workflow.
Yep. Yeah, you can, you can, you can enroll them using workflows. Yes, absolutely.
Yeah. I think the action is called like enroll in agent or add to agent or something.
Set up automated enrollment right here.
Yeah, yeah. But on that Page. There are these toggles, but also up above my use, custom build a workflow, enroll to prospecting agent as an action. So there you go. If the AI is just 4.1, then it won't bring in up to date information from the web. Is that correct? That is. It only knows what AI knows about.
About it. Well, I mean it should, it should bring it because that should have the most up to date information. So it is, but it's only bringing in information from the web.
Got it.
Yeah.
Is there a way to research that data without generating emails? I want that in front of my sales rep before they pick up the phone.
Yeah, absolutely. You can just run the research. You don't have to send an email.
Yeah. And that's right in that, that sales workspace.
So at any time go to sales workspace and all of your, you know, your reps will have access to this and you go to prospecting and then at any time you can run that.
Research and then they can just click in there and see it and it'll be there for them.
Yep, yep, Absolutely. For prepping for meetings or anything like that. It's right there.
I. Tom says we have over 120 products. Is there a limit to the quantity of data we could add into the fields you showed?
Not at this time.
It'll take a while to add paragraphs for each of those 120 products.
But yeah, yeah, I mean I would recommend setting up selling profiles, but that's a lot of selling profiles.
Yeah. Are these features all available in our current sales hub or do you need enterprise? Kim, I'm assuming you have professional. So yes, these are all pro features. Right. Is anything you showed today exclusive to enterprise?
Nope.
Amazing. Love that. Our use case is a staffing use case. That is more B2C. Is there a way to deploy the prospecting bot against contacts as the primary focus instead of company relations?
Okay, repeat that. That was a heavy one.
Yeah. So a B2C use case. Is there a way to deploy the prospecting bot against contacts as the primary focus instead of company relations?
Oh, okay.
I mean you can enroll contacts.
You can enroll contacts. You can, yes, you can definitely enroll contacts.
I think you said earlier the research piece is company exclusive, but if you just want to use your CRM data and reach out to people, I.
Absolutely, yes, you can do that. You can enroll manually, enroll contacts. Yeah. It's just not going to have that same level of specificity with email because it's not pulling in company research.
Yeah. How does this work with the Credits model. Currently, credits are irrelevant.
It's free use.
It just included in Sales Pro. Okay, we've answered a lot of these now. I feel pretty good. I apologize. We're not, we're. Questions have continued to flow in. I don't know how many we've answered, but we're at like the halfway point on this scroll bar and it's just. I will export all these out and share them with you so you can share them with your team before we shut it down. You have very generously offered several times if people want to give feedback or be part of a beta or have questions or thoughts or feature requests to reach out to you. What's your preferred way to do that?
Yeah, I'm gonna leave my email here or you can reach out to me on LinkedIn, whatever is easiest for you. But if, yes, if you want to be part of the beta, please reach out. We are, we are looking to start that June 10th, so we'd like to get you ramped up and going pretty quickly and then we will be, you know, we'll, we'll want feedback and things from you, but that'll be a really good opportunity for you to test out the agentic workflows and let us know what we need to improve before inbound. So we'd love for you to be a part of that and yeah, I mean, just any feedback that you have. I stay super close with the product team on this and, and like Kyle was saying, our prospecting agent team is so eager to hear from customers and learn from customers. We want to create an agent that is going to work for you in your workflows and your regular day to day and the way that your reps sell. So there's no better way to hear that than from you.
Amazing. Well, thanks so much for being here. Thanks all of you for being here. I think this is a great session. We're going to go ahead and down here, but hope to see you all back next Tuesday. Have a great day. Sam.
