Hey, friends. Got a fun little update to Playbook. So check this out. Here I am on a contact record, and let's say I want to use this discovery call Playbook. When I'm done, it's going to log as a call. As. As a salesperson, I can choose whether to log it as a new call or to attach it to a recent engagement. It's defaulting to the demo call type, and I can change that. But if this was not a call, if this was a meeting or some other interaction, there's no way for me to change that. Well, for you, as the person who creates a Playbook, that is now an option you can give to your rep. So if we go to the Playbook section and if we edit this discovery call playbook over in Settings, we can now say, actually, this. It might not just be a call. It can be an email or a meeting or a note. And we can change the default, whatever we think it should be. But if we publish this now, look what happens if we go back over to Contacts and use this same Playbook. I'm a salesperson. I'm talking to Sarah here. I pull up my discovery call Playbook right here, and now I can say log engagement, and I can choose which kind of engagement it was. This was a meeting we had, and we can log it that way. This is now live. Check it out. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you have any questions.
