This is a YouTube video titled "Save your ice cream sundaes! Join the SOP in Day™️ workshop." It features a promotional or instructional message about the importance of writing strong standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prevent issues in project management, using the metaphor of saving ice cream sundaes. The content includes two speakers but does not involve George B. Thomas.
Every year hundreds of ice cream sundaes are lost due to poor project management, whipped cream topples and soft serve soups as dessert Plans are ruined by the frantic late night work emails. Due dates are missed, and without documentation on how to recover, our dairy pays the price. Too much dairy is lost from really bad SOP management. But together we we can save the Sunday from these late night interruptions right now. Take the time to write strong standard operating procedures that don't rely on human memory. With just one SOP a day, we can save the Sunday once and for all.
This is how ice cream is supposed to be. Someone followed the sop.
