This is a YouTube video titled "Secure Your HubSpot Private Content with Custom Timeout Settings" containing a single-speaker presentation from September 11, 2023. The speaker explains how users with Service Hub Pro, Enterprise, or CMS Hub Enterprise can set timeout durations for private content to enhance security by automatically signing out inactive users.
Hey, friends. If you have Service Hub Pro or Enterprise or CMS Hub Enterprise, you can now set timeout durations for your private content. So check this out. Here I am in my Private Content settings. If you go down to websites, it's here under Private Content. And what you're going to do is you're going to select a specific domain and then you'll see this idle session timeout option. And if you check this box, you'll automatically sign out in Active users. And you can choose how aggressively to do that. Right. The most secure thing is to log them out after 15 minutes, but you know, you can go up to 24 hours. Whatever you think is going to be best for your security needs on your private content. This is now live. Check it out. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you have any questions.
