HubSpot rolled out AI tools that auto-extract call insights, suggest next steps, and handle prospecting. Admins worry about fitting these into existing workflows and whether B2C teams will actually use them.

The HubSpot Spring Spotlight just dropped, and as expected, a lot came with it. But here's what actually stood out in the admin side. Huge shout out to Barry, Will, Bridget, Anna, and Shandy for not just showing us what's new, but helping make sense of it. They didn't show just a bunch of new features. Okay, okay, they did, but this was more of a shift towards systems doing more of the work for you. We saw things like smart deal progression pulling insights directly from calls, AI helping structure next steps instead of just documenting them. Prospecting and enrichment getting closer to done for you. And you could feel it in the chat. Admins weren't just watching, they were feeling their worlds change in real time. Alongside the excitement, there were real questions from real admin. How does this actually fit my process? What about B2C? Will teams actually use this? Because more capability doesn't automatically mean more clarity. That's the role of the admin, not just to know what's new, but to decide what actually matters, what to implement, and what to explore further. And if you're not already in these conversations, the admin hug happens every Tuesday. I'll catch you in the chat next week.
