This is a YouTube video titled "Steal this secret weapon" containing a dialogue between two speakers discussing a business process inspired by realtors' customer follow-up ranking systems. The conversation focuses on how to effectively prioritize and personalize follow-ups with customers. The speakers are not named George B. Thomas.
Want to know a better way to follow up with your customers?
Sure, why not?
All you have to do is steal from realtors. No, no, not like that. You see, many realtors have some kind of ranking system for how they follow up with customers. They have ways to follow up such as popping by, sending a note, sending an email and then they have the frequency for how much they follow up, how often they follow up. These two things aren't just the same for everybody. This realtor looks at all of the different contacts and former customers and human that they know and they rank those humans based on how important they are to follow up with.
Alright, so higher bracket means more follow ups and more personal follow ups, right?
Exactly. This whole thing is just considered a business process and you could take this process and put it in any kind of business. You don't have to be a realtor.
I'm stealing this process faster than I steal extra mints at the old Olive Garden.
