SuperGroups lets HubSpot users link objects of the same type, like contacts to contacts or deals to deals, something the native system can't do. The app creates bidirectional relationships and organizes them into named groups, with use cases ranging from tracking family connections to grouping deals by revenue or linking influencers to their generated deals.

One of the most necessary building blocks of any CRM is the association. Say it with me Now. Association. It's what connects different objects together. As the kids say pound relationship goals. This is pretty straightforward in HubSpot, but what happens when you need to connect contacts to other contacts or bundle together several deals? Most people find workarounds like using lists, custom properties, or abusing the company object. Survey says as clever as these hacks are, they clearly don't scale. That's why we built supergoost, or Super G for short. Super G is an inter object relationship builder that allows you to connect contacts to contacts, tickets to tickets, deals to deals, or visually see all of them together. For example, let's look at how to group a family. You'll create a group called, let's say, the Simpsons. From each member of the family's contact record, you can add them to the family and see their other group memberships. Of course, contacts can be a part of multiple groups. You gotta add Homer to the kingpins, too. In the groups modal, you can customize the columns to make it easy to compare data as well. Now, I don't want to bore you to death with tons of examples like helping organize MRR by grouping deals together, associating an influencer with the contacts and deals they've brought in, or keeping departments within companies associated. You're smart. You get the point. And now your HubSpot workflow just got a bit smoother with supergroups. Just another HubSpot power up from Appchemist.
