This is a YouTube video titled "Template Features in SmartSuite" containing a presentation or tutorial segment from April 5, 2023, explaining how users can share and restrict templates within the SmartSuite platform, highlighting features like passcode protection and external sharing options.
You can also take the things you create inside of SmartSuite, such as this particular beauty I have here, and we can choose to share solutions and allow users to make copies. So you have the option to not only have kind of template internally but also externally. And you have the ability to restrict with a passcode, which is a rare and convenient add on that I don't think we often see in terms of templating features. If you're someone who still offers templates via Google Files, this is going to be a big upgrade for you. So yes, you definitely can.
