George B. Thomas shows how to standardize your work: gather all your processes from scattered docs and templates into one place, find what's missing, then create templates for anything you do repeatedly. This lets you scale without chaos.

You can be successful in a lot of tools. One actionable item you can take away from this and have a really big impact with no matter what the tool is is what processes do you have that exist? How updated are they? What do you have that does not exist? Like what are your needs there? Wherever those live, compile them. I hear from those live in docs, those live in notion, those live in all over the place all all the way up to we have actual templates that we roll out with clients so whatever those look like for you, gather them in one spot and then anything that doesn't exist go ahead and start taking note of those and if you do something more than once go ahead and start jotting that down or taking note of it and each step in the process you only have to do it once and then from that point on it's far easier to template that and just roll it out, make adjustments that sort of stuff.
