There are two types of EOS Integrators: experienced business operators and people who just know the EOS system. The speaker argues you should hire the first kind, not the second.

You'll see integrators, sometimes in kind of two different forms or fashion. One is like the business leader, who's actually a killer of an operator, and they happen to also be into EOs, and they're also running the company's kind of implementation of that operating system. Then you get the second one, which is typically someone who's an operations assistant or something, and they're facilitating a lot of the roll up. But they're not primarily the one running the P and L or running the actual business units, how they function. And so as I approach this hiring process, I wanted much more the former than the latter. I would take somebody who is not familiar with eos at all, but they can fulfill that function if we had to train them on it. But I need somebody who's got a proven track record operating businesses and understanding the world that we exist in and having success in that realm.
