Before buying workflow software, build the habit of actually documenting what you do and following through. Start simple, then layer in tools once the discipline is already there.
The software does not matter, especially at the beginning. What you're looking to build in the beginning are habits. Habits and behaviors and culture of following a process of writing down what you do, of keeping receipts notes of what happened, doing what you say you're going to do and having a record of that promise inside your tool. If you have funds which you might not at this point when you can join foundations because our program foundations will help you stay set all of that up in minutes rather than months and as soon as you get the basics down focus on capturing your methodology. So the basic habits of like what do we do? When do we do it, who does it? Get that down which requires almost no technology and the simplest list you can imagine. Once that's working move on to how do we do it. So that's the documentation, the process, the SOP stuff. Once that's down then we can start getting NINJA with our software.
