This is a YouTube video titled "The due date is the DO DATE - ClickUp and Teamwork tip" containing a single-speaker explanation from January 5, 2024, about the importance of setting due dates as actual work dates to better manage team capacity using tools like Teamwork.com and ClickUp.
We want due dates, because they're not just when things are due D U e it's when they're going to do D o do them. So that way we can have an accurate picture of what our team's capacity looks like, which we can see in teamwork.com or in ClickUp. So a due date is when we're actually going to draft that copy, when we're going to review that copy. And we need a time estimate, so that way we can accurately reflect how much capacity that's taking up from the team member who's assigned to that particular task. So whether it's 15 minutes or an hour, we can already see that's reserved in their total capacity for that specific date.
