This is a YouTube video titled "The Time Rule Successful CEOs Live By Now" containing a recorded discussion between two speakers about managing workload and overcoming feelings of overwhelm as a business owner and manager. The content shares a behind-the-scenes look at reducing work hours to a manageable level and reflects on the experience of handling a heavy workload.
Over the last 30 days, I've gone from having 50 to 60 hours of work assigned to me every single week as a business owner and manager to now getting closer to 20 to 30 hours, which is the perfect sweet spot I'm hoping to get in. I'm sitting here now recording this video multiple weeks ahead on all of my deadlines. And in this video, I want to take you behind the scenes on the journey of how this actually happened. So to start the story, let's go back to that very first day when the feeling of overwhelm just came to a head.
