This is a YouTube video titled "Unlock Formula Power in ClickUp with Make #clickup #projectmanagement" containing a detailed explanation about using formulas in ClickUp and how to leverage the MAKE tool to transform formula outputs into usable custom fields for filtering, grouping, dashboards, and invoicing workflows. The content is instructional and focused on project management software features.
If you know about formulas in ClickUp, they're cool, but you can't really use them for filtering for grouping by something that's made by a formula or looking at them in dashboards or calculating something using a formula with a formula. You can do that. So another use case is you can use MAKE to transform that formula in a proper custom field that has real data, hard coded data, and then you can do what you want with that data and you can leverage it in views and filters and dashboards and other formulas to find out what you want. And this comes very handy, especially with invoicing, with costs like you want to find out costs for how much you should bill this client based on the number of hours tracked for them. You can get a formula to find out that, but you can get the final formula because you're missing one step. So you can use MAKE to centralize things into one hard code, a custom field, and then you can use that to continue workflow, and you can even use that to get it into your invoicing software, maybe.
