Involve your team early in projects to reduce chaos and improve feedback. Open communication channels keep agency operations running smoothly and help catch problems before they spiral.
What is your number one tip for agency operators? I would say, at least in my experience, the big thing is really always be thinking of your team. I think a lot of people kind of forget the whole aspect of training and opening up multiple avenues of communication for the team. I've come from a spot of no project management to chaotic project management to very organized project management. And honestly, a lot of the chaoticness is going to come from not getting your team involved early on. So I would think of one thing, especially when you're thinking of the team team is you always need to. Throughout this whole process, you need to keep communication open from them. So if that's forms that they can fill out every day whenever they want to, just kind of leaving that open for like, give us some feedback or advice, whether it's on a process, whether it's something that we're doing. That way maybe either A can be anonymous and they're not afraid to fill that out. But that way you have a way for them to communicate consistently to you. You can continue to collect that feedback and that's a great way. When you open up those methods of communication for your team, then they'll be able to see that.
