There is no indication of multiple speakers or involvement of George B. Thomas.
What are the kind of surface level symptoms of chaotic agency project management? The first one is not having any structure whatsoever. A lot of times people won't have any set clear structure with the spaces, folders, lists or tasks and subtasks in it. It really leads to complete chaos there. Because if you don't have that structure and people don't know where to put a task, or they don't really care about where they're putting a task, then that's going to lose all the visibility and anything that you want in the future. Because. Because you need to think about, okay, if I want to get some reports on profitability or anything like that, I need to actually get my business into the tool and reflect it. That way you have a space for growth and we have a space for delivery, which is all your client focus work. And then you also have operations and when you put it in that hierarchy structure that allows you to know where a task is going to go. So just getting the tasks in the right place is going to make it super easy. That's just going to help you have somewhat of a structure for the team to follow there, especially when you're trying to get reporting out of it later on.
