Small businesses waste time with siloed inboxes when they could manage email like any other shared task. A speaker outlines how to set up collaborative email workflows and invites you to a session on February 1st to learn the steps.
Most small businesses don't realize they are wasting so much money by answering their email as if it was 1990. Imagine for a second you had one list of tasks that the company had to do, but only one person could see them at a time. These days, having a shared task list is so common that the idea of doing that would be really old fashioned, right? And yet, when it comes to emails, we leave everyone in their silos. Every person is in their own inbox and they have no idea what the other person is up against. This does not work. Instead, here's what you want to do. Create a flow for who answers what type of emails. Step 2 Set up a collaborative email tool. These are available for free and there's some great options out there. Step number three Teach your team how to use it. Once you get these three steps down, we can delegate them and work together just like you would any other task. I'm actually walking through this entire process with people on February 1st, so if you want to join me and get it done together, be sure to sign up.
