This is a YouTube video titled "What agencies are missing in their project management #zenpilot #agencylife" containing a discussion about common project management issues faced by agency owners, focusing on lack of visibility across different levels of work and management. The excerpt features a dialogue between two speakers discussing these challenges, recorded on October 26, 2023.
Agency owners come to you. What are the most common project management issues that they come with?
Lack of visibility on different levels of the hierarchy and different levels of users as well. So like for your individual work, that would be a lack of having all of your work, all of your tasks in one spot, not having to go to other screens, not having to go to other systems to find your work, and then of course, not having visibility over that, with overviews of clients, deliverables, whatever projects you've got going on, and then just the business in general. Management and ownership typically lack those type of views that allow us to see utilization, profitability, important metrics to be able to make good business decisions. That lack of visibility is like the number one thing I hear at one or all of those levels. And that usually exists whether you're in XPM Tool or whatever other PM tool.
