What is one mistake that you hope agency leaders after listening to this episode will no longer make in their hiring process?
This is going to be not ironic at all coming from me. But have a process, have a defined process to run through. It gives you a totally different level of confidence as you show up in the hiring process, say hey, I've got my stuff together. I know what the process is going to look like. It also makes your candidates feel a lot more at ease to be able to map out for them. Here's what the process looks like. You're going to do the screening interview from that second loom that shared there's a who interview, there's a focus interview, there's a work session together and there's a reference interview and then ultimately an offer. And so now you can know what to expect on the other side. And having aligned expectations is the key to pretty much every great relationship.
