A client coach guides agency teams through project management tools and sets organizational expectations. This role helps agencies implement systems like Zen Pilot and keeps everyone aligned on how work gets done.
The premise behind a client coach and why it is called a client coach is because we are truly coaching people through how to use the PM tool and that doesn't stop at the implementation team. So, Sasha, as a pm, if you were a member of the implementation team, you're one of the four or five people I would be working with at your agency level to implement the PM tool. At some point, I would also be talking to everybody in the agency and I would be level setting a new set of expectations with the entire organization. To say your leadership has brought in Zenpilot to establish these best practices and build a PM tool that will solve all the things that you complain about on a daily basis. However, it relies on you participating and engaging within the PM tool in the manner you are about to be taught today.
