This is a YouTube video titled "What is task management?" containing a monologue or presentation from March 14, 2023, discussing the concept and structure of task management, focusing on understanding tasks and organizing them effectively. The excerpt features a single speaker explaining the stages and container for task management.
When we're talking about task management, I'm referring to having the ability to understand what you need to do, what you're working on, and what's coming up next. It's kind of those four key stages. And so when we're talking about creating our task management structure, all we're doing is creating a container for where that magic can happen. So we could go from, here's something we could do, here's something I need to do. Here's what I'm doing today, tomorrow, next week. Kind of zoomed in tactical and, oh, wow, look at how amazing I am and how much I have done.
