Like so many of you, I'm a business owner that wears multiple hats. Sometimes I'm the CEO, sometimes I'm the manager, sometimes I'm the payroll assistant. But all of these jobs and roles I wear are part of what I do in my business. Recently, the team asked, okay, Layla, what's your favorite of the jobs you do? And if I had an answer, for me, it would be content creation. I don't get to do it nearly as much as I'd like to be able to do it, but what I love about this kind of work is that my job is to learn. Explain what I'm learning and then explain why what I learned last year is not as good as what I learned this year and constantly be in contradiction with myself as my own skills and your skills are improving together. It might just be because I'm an optimist, but I think content work is putting positive information out into the Internet, contributing to the collective knowledge.
