Reporting always sounds straightforward until you're the admin building it. Charts are everywhere, dashboards are everywhere, but the real question is always the same: what story is your data actually telling? In this week's Admin Hug, Harrison joined us and we spent the entire session digging into what's happening right inside of HubSpot right now. One of the big things he shared is that HubSpot has a dedicated team focused on reporting performance because as systems grow and the data gets more complex, one of the One of the biggest frustrations admins run into is speed. Refreshing reports, loading dashboards, waiting for updates to show up, you get the drill. So improving report performance and refresh visibility is a big focus right now. We also walk through some quality of life improvements happening in cross-reporting. You know these are my favorite. Things like better organization and tagging for reports, seeing which reports people are actually using, and improvements to how reports load inside larger dashboards. Because if you've ever built dozens of reports for a team, you know the real question becomes, are people actually using these? And as always with the Hug, the best part of the session was the conversation. Admins sharing real reporting challenges, asking how different teams structure dashboards, and getting clarity directly from someone helping build these tools. Because sometimes the reports raise more questions than answers, and that's exactly why the Hug exists. The replay will be up on YouTube if you want to watch it at half speed like I'm going to do, and I will see you at the Hug next week.
