This is a YouTube video titled "Why Your Agency's Success Depends On Making Time For This #shorts #zenpilot #clickup" created on September 9, 2023. The content features a single speaker discussing the importance of prioritizing time investment in systematizing processes and using ClickUp to meet agency needs, emphasizing the long-term and short-term benefits of such efforts.
As we became busier and busier and we're hiring more and more people, we quickly realized we're never going to, quote, unquote, have time for this unless we make it a priority and make the time for it. And that time investment that you allocate to this project and working with the SIM pilot team will pay dividends not only in the long run, but even in the short run. So just a few weeks of concerted effort and to succeed systematizing your processes and getting ClickUp to meet your agency needs is well worth the time invested and any time you might have to carve away from other projects and initiatives that you're working on.
