Your SOPs are not useful, and even if you mandate people use SOPs, if they're not actually helping anybody with anything, they're not going to be used. 4. Your SOPs are untrustworthy, meaning they're out of date unreliable. People can follow them and still get in trouble for making a mistake. They're not trustworthy or reason. Number five your team has simply memorized what they're doing because they've been doing the same thing the same way for so long and they've had no reason or cause to innovate, change things up, or question their norms.
