Workflow wizard is a set of simple tools that we put together into a product after building several ad hoc workflow extensions for our clients. What can we do with the Workflow Wizard? With Workflow wizard, you can do search and replace. You can copy properties from, aggregating from and selecting with multiple objects associated you can associate objects based on rules, you can persist transitive associations between deals and companies, and you can clean and format data. Just a few examples of how we use our solution here. In this example, we're just replacing some extended characters to clean a phone number. Here we're copy the deal names of all the associated deals to a contact into a comma separated field, and we are also adding the total of the deals into a contact property. So here we are associating matching object Factura with deal. When those are matching here.
