And working with Zenpilot, who are experts in this field, has been extremely eye opening for us. Coming out of it, we feel like we're going to have a sort of kind of standardization across the board. And so what we've seen is we're creating a substructure, if you will, of consistency via project management that makes it easy for anyone, whether it be an account manager, a tax manager, an associate, someone like myself, someone on the executive team, to then go in and figure out exactly where the process is at with the said client, see what's going on inside of the account, and get a nice pulse on how the business is running and where we're at regarding that specific project, deliverable, recurring service, et cetera. And so that idea of having a standard across the board, while also giving people autonomy, has been extremely helpful for us.
