In this 21‑day gut‑healing video, the speaker from Reset U introduces the R3 Reset Method—a protocol designed to repair decades of gut damage so metabolism can function optimally. The core of the method is a specific shopping list that emphasizes anti‑inflammatory, nutrient‑dense foods. Grass‑fed steaks are highlighted for their near 1:1 omega‑3 to omega‑6 fatty‑acid ratio, making red meat a low‑inflammation choice. Pasture‑raised chicken wings are air‑fried to keep calories low. For the speaker’s young children (ages 2 and 4) and for personal protein needs, grass‑fed milk and organic cage‑free eggs are recommended; the eggs are screened for lectin‑induced inflammation (about 20 % of people react). Organic fruits (grapes, apples, bananas) and leafy greens are stressed for their lack of pesticides/GMOs and high fiber content, which supports gut health and hormonal balance. Throughout, the tone is enthusiastic and persuasive, positioning these foods as essential components of the 21‑day reset.

Most people think they gain weight as they age because of their age or because they're eating too much. That's not simply true. At Reset U, we created this R3 Reset Method, which resets your gut over decades of damage so that your metabolism can thrive and work correctly again and heal your gut. It only takes 21 days. I'm going to show you what we do on that shopping list today. First one is my personal favorite, grass-fed steaks. Now, Americans are supposed to have almost a 1-to-1 ratio of omega-3 fatty acid to omega-6 fatty acid. That's what we like to be, not inflamed. We have a 16 to 1 with omega-6 being the higher one. Grass-fed steaks are damn near close to being 1 to 1 ratio. That's why they're so much better for you. So it's almost not even a cheat meal and it's red meat. I love it. I also have chicken wings, which I'm going to air fry so there's not a ton of extra calories on them and they're pasture-raised. Next, I have a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old and unlike me, Being average height, 5'9.5, look it up. I want them to be super tall and have strong bones and get lots of protein. So I have grass-fed milk, which we use for them. And I put it in my protein shakes too. This is probably my favorite part, the organic fruits, organic grapes, organic apples, and organic bananas. Yes, it does make a difference. The non-organic can be genetically modified and they can be sprayed with pesticides that will still be in there. there and mess with your kid on a hormonal level and you as they continue to eat them for years and years and years. Next, organic leafy greens. This is one of the best things you could do to fill up your stomach, make you feel fuller, add a lot of fiber into your gut, and make so that you process nutrients better. Love leafy greens. Lastly, we have organic cage-free range eggs. This is something that we actually test for at ResetU to make sure you're not inflamed by it. Around 20% of our population is inflamed by the lectins in the eggs. So we make sure that these are good for you before we put them in your protocol. I love them. They're a staple in my diet.
