Here are 3 wrist pain exercises that you can do at home for pickleball. I'm Dr. Bri with Reset U Fitness, and the first exercise we're going to do right now is to open up the wrist and the forearm. And so we're doing wrist extension. All I'm doing is I have my fingers pointed towards me, my wrists are back, and then I'm going to use my body to lean back into it to get that really nice stretch and open up those wrists like that. The next exercise is we're going to flip our wrists so our palms are facing towards us And now I'm going to go into flexion with my wrist. So now I'm opening up the backside of my wrist and my forearm right here, and I won't be able to lean back as much, and that's okay. It's a pretty intense stretch. Last but not least, I'm going to reset my hands with my fingers facing away from me and use my hips to do a little circle with my wrists. So going clockwise and counterclockwise. Now, if you found those 3 exercises helpful, please give us a like, follow, share at resetyoufitness.com.
